If you love run, definitely stop by. For Halloween they dress the bar up in a Beetlejuice Ambiance and decor. Very cutesy. The bar is dark and definitely looks like a Tiki bar. I would definitely suggest to try the curry fries. And just check your glasses because I unfortunately got a martini glass with a bit of black mold on it. (What look like black mold to me) (It was never confirmed..it might have not even been black mold)(It just looked like it to me)Just check the glass.

Horrible service. The restaurant closes at 1:45, not 2 AM. They will not even let you finish your drinks, the security guards are super rude and will just kick you out. If it’s that strict, they shouldn’t take the order 5 mins before closing. Completely unacceptable!

Two of us decided to break up the monotony and head down to Dr. Funk for some cool drinks and food. Unfortunately we each had a signature Mai Tai, and sadly they were almost undrinkable. They were milky in appearance, had an odd flavor that overpowered the drink, and the rum flavor was nowhere to be found. So score zero for the drinks. The food was what was to be expected. Nothing special, but good enough for what is primarily a bar. So score three for the food. Service, however, very good. It disappoints us as Tiki fans, but we won't be returning. Mai Tais are make or break for a Tiki bar, and these were seriously broken.
