FYI they charge $8 for the breakfast meal deal (iced or hot coffee, bagel sandwich, hash browns) even though the website says $6.
Also, homeboy didn't even give me napkins in my bag and I had to ask for ketchup too.

I ordered through the drive-thru and when I got to the window the employee gave me hot coffee even though I asked for cold coffee and she was rude to me. I told you hot, you said yes even though at no point did she ask me why I told her I wanted it cold, she changed it for cold coffee but in a bad way and poorly done, it didn't taste like coffee, just like water with candy. They should serve their customers better, but I will definitely not return to that Dunkin'

Best Dunkin Donuts Branch ever. Food and snacks were served warm and fresh, how they prep your donuts in the box- clean and I love how they made my matcha order it’s perfect!!! They have quiet corners or seating arrangements that provide more privacy for laptop use unlike other locations, and they have friendly staff and manager. Definitely coming back.

Went there @ 9:30 in the morning to get 2 maple bars (they didn’t have any) and 2 Hot coffees (coffee was cold). Seriously can’t make this up. All on a Rainey day. Won’t go there again.

This is got to be the worst place. I have ever dined at I have been to this location 3 different times in the last 2 weeks and in all 3 times they are out of donuts. How the hell does a donut shop run out of donuts at different times of the day? And if you ask for a modifier. On a sandwich, you will be given attitude by their staff. If you complain about anything, you will be given attitude by their staff. I had to drive back. Because I was given a sausage sandwich without the sausage. It literally was just a bagel and cheese. And the person gave a really loud sigh and said what do you want me to do about this and I said, well, I would like some sausage in it, please. And when he went to go make it. He didn't even make it to the way it was requested. He was just trying to give me a whole new sandwich on a croissant. Not even on a bagel or anything. The only reason why I have chosen to continue to go there on the occasional time. That I will go to this location is because of the convevince but I will personally drive out of my way to avoid this if I have to.

Lady was very rude. She had so much sass, I ordered a strawberry refresher and she filled it to the top but when I saw they over charged me I asked why I I told them to take it off, the girl dumped a quarter of the drink. Showing they rather throw it away than give a bit extra to a paying customer.

Super short staffed I feel for the employees went through drive thru and waited 15 min just for them to have no donuts left when I got to the window I could see them running around. Dunkin management do better!!
Was served an iced drink with scoops of powder unmixed on top of it. Lost ~$9 bucks, didn't drink and tossed, and 10 minute break didn't help.

Ordered one drink and waited for 25 min before the employees told us they couldn't make the drink and to wait for a manager.
The manager came running into the store and informed us that the previous manger had left and the only employees there were brand new and couldn't make anything.
We were eventually refunded and never got the drink.
I don't know what's happening with the management, but Dunkin needs to figure this out.

I'm not sure what's going on but most reviews are not for the Dunkin Donuts on Blossom Hill and Snell. App took my order but employees say they know nothing about a app. Does not have a drive threw. I wish I could find the Dunkin Donuts from most of these reviews. It is so cramped and uncomfortable in this one.
