Always have to wait a long time in drive thru even though I’m the only car, food is ok is a hit or miss sometimes they give me my sandwich super melted the bacon taste bad like that cheese can’t be notice because is over heat .

Not sure why this place has 2 stars. I've been coming here almost every day since they opened and I see them working hard and trying their best to be friendly and quick. The best is the cold brew and if you ask nicely they will sprinkle some cinnamon sugar to make it the perfect pick me up. Shout out to Destiny for always having an up beat attitude and a huge smile on her face.

I go to this Dunkin all the time and their customer service is always good! The employees really go above and beyond to be helpful.
Decent food, staff leaves a lot to be desired! Literally no customer service. I walked up with my brother to buy an item and asked for the restroom code and was told that restrooms were for customers only I told them my brother was a customer and they still refused to give me the code until after completing my transaction dunkins needs to train their employees better disgusting I will be lodging another complaint with Corporate Dunkins

Lately the locations are all inconsistent. My trip today was a bit off as they were short staffed but neither gentlemen behind the counter were acknowledging everyone who walked, just the folks walking up to place their order. I scheduled a mobile order ahead of time, so I was a bit amissed when the person fulfilling those orders, didn't acknowledge for a mobile pickup. I spoke up and asked as he passed by if the mobile order for me was ready. No answer. The 3rd person in the back came up to call out hot item orders, so I asked her, and she sighed and then handed me my items. I recognize they are not Starbucks where the items are waiting with your name displayed but if you aren't going to acknowledge the mobile orders or consider some type of walk up option, then why accept mobile orders. The Foxworthy location has a area where they sit all mobile orders to grab as you walk in. Not a great way to start my morning and I drove 15 minutes to this location.

Tried to go there at 5am 4 different times in 2 months. NEVER OPEN. I don’t think they serve coffee in the mornings. I have only been able to get a coffee in the afternoons. Don’t waste your limited morning time relying on grabbing a coffee here.

There is RATS!!!!! I seen it please don’t go here!! They need to have the board of health come by!! They need to be shut down and I had a horrible experience too.. I went on Tuesday, hair in my food.. came back with a picture & my receipt.. They did not want to compensate me. So I reordered. And Again. A hair in my avocado toast. So I kindly asked for a replacement she said she does not want to replace it and I seen a rat run across the kitchen. At that point I would not have even took it if she made it. Bad unfair customer service.. seems clean but VERY dirty. Hair In food twice and a seen. Hugeee rat in the kitchen! Omg! Please don’t go here. Stay safe!!
