Normally when I go to Dunkin’ the staff doesn’t seem to care if they even have a job. But today at this Dunkin I met probably one of the best employees at any Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Was there around 3:30ish forgot to get her name but she was very helpful. Was able to assist my wife ordering a drink she can never remember the name of by just a minor description. Great job on drinks and sandwiches were very good.

The employees at this location are so, so nice! It was super busy and there were some really rude, impatient customers, but the employees stayed so calm and kind to everyone. This location is farther from me, but I go out of my way to come here because the people are so nice.

Decent food & coffee, great location, super clean, and reliably some of the worst staff I’ve ever experienced. A sold-out item was simply not placed in our to-go order without any warning/label/note and despite us already having paid for it. Incorrect orders are more common than correct ones. I understand fast food work sucks & it’s hard to hire quality people, but holy hell this place is awful. It’s not all of them.

I enjoyed the coffee and the prices are very reasonable but they were extremely slow and serving us. They need to maybe raise the prices a little bit and higher One More employee
I'm not sure why, but they only had donut holes and bagel sandwiches. They had a sign of the door saying they are out of donuts. The staff wasn't really friendly.

First time trying Dunkin donuts, first time at this location and it was okay. Iced coffee was good, but I felt like she added too much milk when I didn't ask for that. The young Asian girl working here, never greeted us when me and my boyfriend walked in , she did not even say one single word to us, so we just ordered through the touch screen they have right there and waited for our drinks 😅 not sure if I'll return.
