First time trying Dunkin donuts, first time at this location and it was okay. Iced coffee was good, but I felt like she added too much milk when I didn't ask for that. The young Asian girl working here, never greeted us when me and my boyfriend walked in , she did not even say one single word to us, so we just ordered through the touch screen they have right there and waited for our drinks 😅 not sure if I'll return.

Listen. Customer service is dead. The young woman at the front with long nails was SO polite and helpful. This poor woman made my wife a hot chocolate in AUGUST when it wasn’t even on the menu and didn’t bat an eye. I genuinely can’t believe how polite and helpful she was. Thank you so much.

Edit; forgot to mention there was mobile orders out the wazoo and her co worker was working like a marathon runner. Absolute power duo in there. Thank you ladies.

Employees are all nice and polite. Coffee and food are always good.... only downside is the place is turning Into a homeless drug addict den. Homeless people in there doing drugs, sleeping , asking for free stuff etc ... kinda lame for the paying customers.. seems backwards.

Dunkin Donuts must be taking after Starbucks on 09/11. Charging $1.09 for a cup of water. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be back. When people are thirsty and request water, a good business move is to give them water. Unacceptable.

It's only flour rolled into dough and deep fried... There's no gold flakes add it into the recipe. They are way too expensive here.

Went into this location for a sweet treat and regular coffee. When the server said $6.79 I asked how much the coffee was. $3.49. I said thanks but no. That is just way too much for coffee. Donut too. So the one star is for 5 guys like outrageous prices.

Went there for my very first time and was looking to find out how good their coffee drinks were. Their selection was ok. Can't really get too creative, so i picked one of their "popular" ones. It was done really well. Service was fast. The only thing is that the staff seemed really uninterested in making my experience enjoyable. I made it known that it was my first time. Yet that got me a look that meant "yeah and?" LOLI also ordered one of their breakfast sandwiches, and when the satff asked me something that I wasn't too sure of what she meant, she got really annoyed quickly. Again, this was my first time! Wish they were more understanding that they can impact the experience greatly. I really was hoping to find an alternative to Starbucks, but I guess I have to keep looking.

We used to love coming to Dunkin until they replaced their staff. The new staff is rude and acts with no urgency. The lines have grown to be long, the food provided is cold, and I’m met with terrible attitudes. I strongly encourage management to take a deep look at the store and consider making some improvements. I acknowledge that the service industry can be difficult, but it’s unacceptable to be miserable towards your customers.
