The service is okay, the worker who helped me out was very nice. However, one of the other workers seemed to be in a rush/hurrying people up. The donuts are decent but my main issue is the cleanliness. While the worker was steaming the milk/making my drink, I saw her digging in her ear and itching it. When I got my drink re made it, it was cold and did not taste good either.

The East Asian or South East Asian lady is so rude! yelling at people, being very unfriendly, impatient attitude. She reminded me the typical waiter that work in the old time small restaurant in Hong Kong (well know for being rude and not providing quality service), but she work at the Dunkin at SJC! Being rude , very unfriendly and impatient, she should NOT be working at this location!

Grabbed a sausage croissant sandwich before my 545 am boarding time near gate 4 @ Mineta International Airport. One guy was taking orders, the other was preparing the food. It took about 10 minutes, which I didn’t mind... until I walked back to my gate with my order. The croissant was fully burnt—not toasted, not “extra crispy,” just straight up scorched.
Thing is, I actually heard the oven timer ring while I was waiting, but the guy didn’t check it. Just kept going like nothing happened. I had to turn around and return it, which is the last thing you want to do in an airport. Why would he even serve it, knowing it's burnt?! Obviously he didn't care. If the sandwich was made right the first time, he wouldn't be forced to do it again for the same customer. Also, I wouldn’t have been inconvenienced to return to repeat the whole process!
I asked for my money back so far no refund on my credit card.
Poor customer service, lack of accountability and pride of doing something right the first time!
Update - the GM gave me a call and apologized for the poor customer service and credited my card. 5 ⭐ s

Same Dunkin quality and donuts with bottled chilled drinks. I gotta have a plain ole glazed donut and their excellent hot black tea. Nice to have this Dunkin next to baggage claim while I wait for my bag to grace the conveyer belt. My kids who picked me up also liked grabbing some munchkin donut holes and some coffees. No venue seating but some benches by baggage claim Accessible counter for order and pick up. Nearby in airport mens and women's bathrooms with dedicated stall with 2 grab bars and adequate space

Coffee was the same as any other dunkin coffee, but what stood out to me was the cheerful and helpful attitude of the employee who served me. Very pleasant experience.
This is inside terminal A if the airport on the top level. The guy that was there on Sunday morning on June 8th around 9AM was super friendly and on top of it. Normally this Dunkin is super congested but this guy had the line running fast and smooth. He forgot part of my order so i was just standing there and he went out of his way to ask if he had forgotten something. I have NEVER had someone do that at any other establishment. Usually I have to hunt them down and they act annoyed about it. But he apologized and completed my order super quickly. Thanks random dude, you deserve a raise!
