Dunkin' Donuts in San Jose

“Tonight was my very first time ordering and getting Dunkin Donuts before. I downloaded the app and put in an order for pick up to be ready at 7:45pm. I arrived right in time and got to the speaker where the lady (Taylor) apologized and informed me one of the donuts I ordered they were out of, she gave me options of other donuts so I went with a Boston one. I got to the window and she apologized again and told me she threw in a few free baked goods to make up for not having a chocolate sprinkle one. I thought that was very kind of her, I was not expecting that.
We talked for a minute at the window and I told her this was my first time trying Dunkin and she threw in another muffin for me to try.
I want to say thank you to Taylor for making this a very kind and special encounter! It's little things like what Taylor did that really make a positive impact on a simple coffee and donut order. Taylor you were so sweet, thank you again!“

“Normally when I go to Dunkin’ the staff doesn’t seem to care if they even have a job. But today at this Dunkin I met probably one of the best employees at any Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Was there around 3:30ish forgot to get her name but she was very helpful. Was able to assist my wife ordering a drink she can never remember the name of by just a minor description. Great job on drinks and sandwiches were very good.“

“Best Dunkin Donuts Branch ever. Food and snacks were served warm and fresh, how they prep your donuts in the box- clean and I love how they made my matcha order it’s perfect!!! They have quiet corners or seating arrangements that provide more privacy for laptop use unlike other locations, and they have friendly staff and manager. Definitely coming back.“
