“Listen. Customer service is dead. The young woman at the front with long nails was SO polite and helpful. This poor woman made my wife a hot chocolate in AUGUST when it wasn’t even on the menu and didn’t bat an eye. I genuinely can’t believe how polite and helpful she was. Thank you so much.
Edit; forgot to mention there was mobile orders out the wazoo and her co worker was working like a marathon runner. Absolute power duo in there. Thank you ladies.“
“Best Dunkin Donuts Branch ever. Food and snacks were served warm and fresh, how they prep your donuts in the box- clean and I love how they made my matcha order it’s perfect!!! They have quiet corners or seating arrangements that provide more privacy for laptop use unlike other locations, and they have friendly staff and manager. Definitely coming back.“
“Good place but for whatever reason they sometimes are not ready with sausage croissants in the morning even if it is 40 min after they open. Young workers they do good but I think one more or two will help them out ,I once had to wait 20 min in drive thru ..“
