The food here is always delicious, fresh and well prepared and our visit this week was no exception. The service is especially terrific - extremely friendly, anticipated our needs and made sure we were comfortable. I've been coming here for so many years and hope to continue. It's always an experience my family and I look forward to.

We had lunch at Bazille numerous times. We never had a bad experience. Service was always excellent, the food is fresh and tasty, and the ambience is quiet.

I have never had a bad dining experience at Nordstrom's restaurant. We took advantage of their fixed price promotion for the Westfield Valley Fair Food Week. The price was great. The food was fantastic. The service was outstanding.

Dishes are hit or miss. I have been a Nordstrom card holder and love Nordstrom for 20 ish years that I've shopped and dined here. I haven't been to the Nordstrom restaurant now called Bazille for 6 years, decided to give it a try for foodie week prix-fix menu. We were given the regular menus as we were seated and there was a menu from 2024 and 2025. I thought it was weird to see the $1 price difference and few dishes were switched out. From the prix fix menu: spritz was mid as it was watered down by a ton of ice. The crab bisque was more watered down than what it used to be and it was ok. Braised beef sandwich: beef was tough and cold, fries were really salty and chewy, bread was mushy. Could've tossed the bread into an air frier and tasted better. I would say it was bad day old bread texture withThis was the worst fries I've ever had. I could pull and readjust my teeth. Strawberry dessert was decent, however the shortbread was extremely salty which made this is a more savory dessert. Service was good and berry salad were the only positive things from this dining experience. I really hope they make improvements.

Our server was Keisha. She's has been with Bazille for a long time and she always delivers with good service and attention!

Bazille was my go to after shopping. However after my last visit, I may have to find an alternative restaurant. Service is not as great as before. Example, no refill of my ice tea when my entree arrived and I had look for my waitress to get the bill. Usually I would expect this if it was busy, but at 2 in the afternoon and the restaurant was not even half full ? As for my meal, I ordered the mango crab salad. Usually the serving of salad filled plate, however during this visit only a fourth of my plate was filled with salad along with avocado and two toasted baguette. Yikes !!

We ALWAYS enjoy our visit to Bazille, Nordstrom Valley Fair. They are very kid-friendly so we love bringing our grandchildren. The food and drink choices are plentiful and the service is top notch. We will surely be back!

Bazille is a great place to grab good food and relax when shopping. It has been my go to place for years.

One of our favorite places for lunch. I always end up ordering the cilantro lime salad with grilled shrimp, so good! It's a little pricey, especially for drinks, but worth it.

A go to lunch place with my former colleagues Children's menu has right size potions, ambiance divine and service impeccable.

Bazille st Westfield Valleyfair has always been excellent! My husband and I have frequented Bazille in Valleyfair and Stanford Mall for over 30 years together. We have even been to Ross Park Mall in the Pittsburgh, PA area. One of our friends refers to it as church for us. We have never had a bad meal there ever. Love it!

All the food are quite salty. Especially the French onion soup. The biscuit was cold inside.

Arrived on a Wed night, booths feel cozy and tucked away. Ordered the salmon with couscous and bf got halibut chips and ordered tomato soup and soup of the day. I enjoyed my tomato soup the most with the cheese crostini. My salmon smelled and tasted very fishy. It didnt taste like it'd gone bad but why such a fishy smell and taste? My bf's halibut chips was a bit salty and the salad it comes with is covered in salt as well. A bit gross! As i am a salad lover. Salad shouldnt be salted but the server was very kind and added a side caesar salad complimentary. I would say the service waa 10/10 and the food was just meh. I always wanted to try this place out and finally did!

I have visited this place multiple times, and I will never spend my money here again. The first time, I got diarrhea after drinking one of their smoothies. Additionally, there's a guy with a big beard who has always been rude to me, and he displays discriminatory behavior as well.

Nice quiet space where we could talk and hear each other. Service was attentive and friendly. Food was very satisfying.
