I have visited this place multiple times, and I will never spend my money here again. The first time, I got diarrhea after drinking one of their smoothies. Additionally, there's a guy with a big beard who has always been rude to me, and he displays discriminatory behavior as well.

Usually I’m really consistent with EBAR but then I discovered a full on cockroach FROZEN IN THE ICE of my hazelnut latte. There is standards in food health, and this shows their negligence. I work in the mall and you can be damn sure I told all my mall peeps about it. Not happening ever again. They refunded me and apologized. Thats it! There needs to be discipline. Please Nordstrom or anyone, TAKE ACTION
My daughter and I have a tradition of shopping at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale and going to lunch at the Bazille. I made a reservation requesting a booth; they had one when we arrived. Yeah! Our service was great. We always have the Asian Ginger Salad and fries. The fries are delicious!! The salad was also great, but the chicken wasn't the same. It had an odd flavor. Nonetheless, I enjoyed our meal and look forward to next year.
This place is always short staffed, some employees aren’t friendly and close earlier then the time it says.

Bazille is one of my favorite restaurants. The menu has the best regulars snd they also have a seasonal menu. Not a lot of variety, but the variety that they have is all you'll want. The food is consistently delicious. Service is consistently outstanding. open table makes it easy to plan ?
horrible horrible time. i use to love this place but i went their recently and order two steaks and other food. my steaks came out after 25 mins and it had a smell/sour taste. it was so disgusting most of us lost our appetite. i flagged over our waitress (who we really enjoyed) and told her this meat is spoiled, we will not be eating this. she apologized and took the plates back. she came back and told us they did have someone else complain about the steak earlier today. IF YOU HAD A SPOILED MEAT ALREADY, YOU THINK THE REST ARE GOOD WITH NO ISSUES? WHY WOULDNT YOU STOP SERVING IT? ALL YOU WERE THINKING ABOUT WAS MONEY. easy to say the two of us who ordered steak was not happy at all. we will not be returning to this establishment. this spot use to be my favorite ... not anymore. #PASS just go to a steakhouse, it'll save you money and time.
Four of us went to Bazille on Valentine's night after making an online reservation the day before. We were promptly seated, and our waitress was prompt and polite. The menu had a solid selection with options to please everyone. The food came out promptly, and everyone enjoyed their meals. Overall, it was a very pleasant dinner.
I asked about half milk and half coffee, they filled half of the cup! When I asked she said you told me half milk and half coffee with a bad manner! And coffee was cold, I just threw it out!

My kids love it here. We love Tim, he was not here tho. And the usual server. But glad they had the holiday off. Service was a bit slow. But lily was a delight. Ryan was fun. Thanks Ryan!

Service was good and food was good but attention to detail could be better such as A side of bacon was ordered and bacon was served on top of the eggs instead of as a side and it was requested to be well done but it was black so burned instead of well done.
We walked up to the hostess without a reservation and asked for a table. Many empty tables but were told it was a 1 hour wait. So I promptly went onto open table and booked a reservation for 10 min later. Walked up to the exact same hostess and said I have a reservation. Where she promptly walked us to one of the available tables. Ridiculous but happy to have open table otherwise we would have had to wait 1 hour.

We had a quick dinner of the salmon with couscous and the flatiron steak with a side Caesar salad. Everything was perfectly prepared and delicious - service by Ava was professional and friendly.
