Hate hate hate order kiosks. While we were pecking away at our order, an employee helped a group that came in after us. And they received their food first. Employee could not explain why she did not help us.
Tater tots were the best part of the meal. Sausage patty was tough and dry, and bread was tough. No longer recommend this place. Or, if you do, get the chicken sandwich.

Got the “Eggy” and it was so salty, I couldn’t even finish it. And the bread was over-toasted and scraped the roof of my mouth. Very confused as I’ve gotten the same dish from the downtown San Jose location and it was amazing, not sure if I just got a bad item or this location is inconsistent with quality. Also, I waited nearly 5 minutes to get my ready pick-up order as the employees were visibly chatting with each other in the back.

I love a good egg sandwich for breakfast (I mean who doesn't??) so I was very excited to try this place out.
It's on a corner in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking. When you walk in there's only a few small tables to sit at. And while there is a counter and staff behind it, you order at a kiosk. No one acknowledged our presence. It's just not my favorite way to order food....
I went with the classic egg and cheese which was $12. It fell overpriced but I was already there and hungry so I put my order in. I also got a matcha coffee latte. So all in I was at over $20 for what felt like a fast food breakfast.
They do a ton of takeout orders so you're going to have to wait some. Oddly enough my friend who ordered a much more complicated chicken sandwich got his food faster than me.
At this point I was starving. So the food was good. I did feel like it lacked salt and pepper. I could have gone for more chives. But it's pretty hard to mess up eggs and cheese on a brioche bun. So yes it was delicious and I ate it all. But was it worth $12? Probably not. Will I go back? Probably not.

Was really disappointed they don't have hot lattes and they charge full price for them and they have lattes pictured in their website when you order. They have a really nice espresso machine, but none of their employees are trained in how to make lattes. It comes out like this. Pictured attempt 1 and 2. ☹️. The employees clearly felt awkward too, they knew it wasn't coming out right. Whoever owns this franchise is not holding up their end of the bargain w egghead brand. We paid $50 for breakfast here and it was not at the level this brand usually is.

the woman preparing my order did not use gloves when picking up the bread for my sandwich- she was on her phone before and after. clearly precautions are not in place here. gross.
