Ordered the Salad with over easy eggs and chicken, easily one of the best breakfasts I had ever had. Chicken and eggs were cooked to perfection. Eggheads the best!

My girlfriend bought a hojicha and got something that tasted like just milk. And when she went back to ask for a house coffee instead, they were rude and unhelpful. Then they literally just served her black coffee?? even though she paid extra for almond milk and even showed them her receipt. She had work so she just took it and didnt have time to argue. Not sure if this was just retaliation for not tipping in this economy (even after paying almost $30 for one sandwich and 2 coffees), but ripping off people isnt okay. Needless to say we wont be returning for this overpriced food, although the taste isn't bad as their service. Waste of $ and time.

Their chicken sandwiches are huge and seasoned right. I always add the bacon to my sandwich, they have thick cut bacon and they don't skimp. Wait time isn't that long, the food comes out hot and fresh. There's ample seating inside, but outside there are some benches too.

When entering the Cafe, the people there are very welcoming. The Cafe was clean and bright. The service was great from the beginning and to the end. Would recommend to come in, if you have not tried them out yet.

Second time trying this chain, while I did try something different I think their egg heavy sandwiches are better then their chicken heavy ones.
The chicken was MASSIVE but a bit oily from all the breading, it was definitely solid though.
Overall they are pretty neat, would recommend.

Highly recommend the BEC breakfast sandwich. The buns are so soft yet deliciously toasted. Do not recommend the Side Chick unless you like wiggly chicken thighs.
Even after years the egghead B.E.C. continues to be one of the best breakfast sandwiches in the south bay.

It was my first time here and I was very impressed. A friendly staff, convenient touch screen order and pay system, and the food was very, very tasty. I had their BEC (bacon, egg, cheese) sando. I added avocado and I’m glad I did. Talk about hitting the spot this morning!
I’m not a hot beverage guy, so I ordered a hojicha iced lemon tea - it was delicious and refreshing.
The atmosphere is modern, very clean, and comfortable (the AC is very nice). There’s inside and outside seating at this location (San Jose).
I added a photo of an empty container to show how impatient (and apparently very hungry) I was. I pretty much scarfed it down it was so good. I had planned on giving a review, but forgot to take a photo of the sando! Whoops. Next time…and there will be a next time.

Their new addition the Side chick burger was hands down the best burger I have had in recent times. Without a overload of a lot of sauces it had the perfect flavour.

Made a quick stop on a road trip, excellent service from the team, shout out to Tommy! He was very helpful with special requests for pregnancy safe food. Both the coffees and the food came out pretty fast and they got all requests right. Food was very good, the chic, breakfast burger and tots.Very nice to have good staff that make you feel cared for. Will visit again for sure.
