Ugh! Not what I remember Einstein bagels being! That was by far the worst bagel sandwich I've ever had. Not to mention the order was supposed to come on an everything bagel, I got sesame, and I ordered additional cream cheese (had to go back and ask for it). The tomatoes, avocado and bagel literally had no flavor..super bland. The chai tea tasted like paint thinner. And I paid $22 for the awful experience! The staff was nice, but super slow and seemed very new. The whole process took way longer than it should've.

No one in line and waited over 10 mins to get my food. There were three people working on shift and they were chatting loudly, which is fine, but they weren’t working. They were rude to the lady in front of me, who was also waiting for a while, and I had to ask to get my food because it seemed like they forgot about it. Food was bad and dry. Cheese was cold and unmelted. Everything was microwaved.
