New panderia alert! The owner has trained and made pan with other great bakers throughout the area. This place is delicious and a great addition to the neighborhood. Their tres leches cake is soft and moist, not overly wet. Always fresh bread available!

This place is delicious and super clean. Even a couple of hours before closing there was still loads of fresh bread to choose from. These are the best conchas I have had outside of Mexico. The service is also excellent! This is now my favorite Panaderia in San Jose. Highly recommend!

This bakery definitely deserves more reviews than it has. I've been to a good 80 percent of the bakeries in San Jose and this is the only bakery were I have yet to get a bread that tastes old. This place is one of the few bakeries around that values freshness so stop by and show support

I had a slice of 3 leches cake it was fresh great taste just a little sweater then other places.Bought 4 bread and they weren't as fresh felt ta old tastes in the mouth and would easily crumble?. Good service though ??. I know this place just opened few months ago probably would try again ? I would give it 21/2 star because of bread.

The pan dulce here is soft and fluffy goodness. I went at 7pm and they were still replenishing all the pan. So many options! So glad to have a panaderia closer to home.
