If you are looking for a good Mexican restaurant, well this the one the staff is very friendly. They don't make you wait a long time to take your order or make it. The lady Doña Elena is very nice and she always makes sure that her staff is on top of everything. Very clean place bathrooms are always clean. Let me not mention the food, the food is excellent the rice n beans are 😋.
Late night dining often brings with it a unique charm, and my recent visit to El Grullo in East San Jose, specifically for pozole,was nothing short of memorable. They’re open everyday until 11pm, so get yours while it’s still hot and fresh!

This place was AMAZING I highly recommend trying the pocole. Super flavorful and comforting. Everyone was very nice and the Atmosphere reminded me of home (: they have been here for 35 years and it truly shows in there food. I've been recommending this place to everyone and will continue to due so.
