Great food and venue. 2 or 3 item combos and 4 or 5 meats to choose from. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. I really like the food compared to more expensive Mexican menu.

The food here is fresh and delicious. The service is also very good. It's my go to for local Mexican cuisine. Its nice to have another authentic Mexican restaurant in Almaden.
Ever since they changed owners, it's been a hit or miss with both food and service.
However this is my better go to Mexican food restaurant compared to others. Ambiance is mellow.

Food is decent enough, service is definitely lacking being there during lunch it's hard to identify
atmosphere. But whenever we needed something we had to ask for it our waiters didn't check on us. Not like they were real busy or anything.
The food is really good, their combo plates are good
Very relaxed setting for a holiday Sunday morning. The tortillas are fresh and handmade which punches up the flavors a notch. Carnitas was very savory! No problem getting seating and service. Parking is abundant and free in the strip mall setting. If you want some tasty tacos and chill vibe, come here for sure!
The food was super good. I got the enchilada plate with a chicken tamale. The horcharta here was amazing. The vibe is solid and makes you feel at ease.
This place should be like a 4.5 or 4.6 star place. It’s very good, only downside is they didn’t do the chili releno alla cart. But they were still some of the best I’ve had. If you haven’t already, give this place a try.
Best Mexican food in the area!

I asked what was the best dish, and I was told carnitas. So i ordered the carnitas, it was good. The beans could be improved on but I ate everything on the plate.Salsa was good too. Will definitely go back again if I'm in the area.

Went there. There was just one other couple there. Still had us sit in the same section.Menú over priced. I got a drink for me and my girl, not strong n she never came back to ask for our food order. Never go there again! Hole in the wall n sucks all the way! Went to La Victoria afterwards n got me a six pack of Modelo. So much better.

Very nice place. You have such a nice bar. At least get a real part time bartender for the weekends. The mixed drinks are not good with the bus boys making the drinks.
We frequent this place every few months, and my go-to is their delicious and consistent shrimp fajitas with grilled jalapeños on the side. The chips, salsa, and guacamole are also enjoyable, and others in our group have liked their diverse dishes. We often gather here for friends' birthdays, usually a sizable group, resulting in a higher bill, but the service is consistently good. It's not a fancy spot, but they work hard, and the margaritas are quite good. The bar always has sports to watch. I wish they were open for lunch on weekdays other then Fridays, but the evenings work for us.Convenient parking is usually abundant in the plaza. No significant wait times, and the authentic Mexican food makes it a great spot for a quick and casual meal.
