Yesterday at night I went to the drive tru and the guy named Carlos gave me an excellent customer service 👌
I made the mistake of thinking all Pollo Loco's are the same (fast food chain mentality). They're NOT! The best PL is on the corner of White and Story, no question. The people working in the kitchen run a tight ship and everything is cooked and made to perfection 👌 I go through the drive-thru so I can't really speak to the restaurant dine-in atmosphere, but the drive-through staff are great.

Second time going there should’ve went with my first mind and kept it moving. This is the second time I ordered the tostada bowl and there is always something wrong or missing. First time I ordered the bowl they forgot my shrimp, this time they gave me three shrimp, no avocado cilantro dressing, and i ordered on the side 2 sauces of pico de gigo. Another thing I ordered was 2 packs of churros, they were cold. After driving all the way back home I realized what I was missing. I so then got back into my car and drove all the way back. I asked for my receipt when I got back and they said they do not have it. The window boy with braces kept saying, “do not have it” various of times. I asked for the manager and she didn’t come she kept speaking Spanish to the boy and when I asked what she said he then replied to me and said “don't have it” in a very rude tone. He should go back to training or another job not in customer service . He definitely needs more training for the way me and my family were being treated.
