I went to El Pollo Loco today for the first time in quite a while.
The staff is always very nice.
I find their menu difficult to read and to decide quickly what to order. It all kind of looks the same, some of the items aren't even on the board that I could find (BRC Burrito). It's just kind of whitewashed and not categorized logically.
I was disappointed to see the salsa bar is still not back since pre-rona. To me, that was one of the bonuses.

Received great service from Komal, Luz, Juan and Maria. They provided excellent customer service. The team is very friendly, offer good suggestions and were a pleasure to order from. I always order from this location for work potlucks and have always received consistent service! Great fresh food and service!! ☺️

Yes food is decent but way over priced and everything is overloaded with rice. Rice and beans are cheap so they are making a huge profitbby packing the bottom of the bowl with 65% rice. My burrito was nothing but rice.They skimp on the chicken, beans, and toppings. I could get higher quality, more food, good ratio of ingredients for a lower price at almost any taqueria within a 5 mile radius. Don't think I'll be going back.
