Sighs. Today was like the 6th time ever for me to buy food here, n it is the 2nd time I'm so disappointed. I got my chicken n it was on the verge of turning cold, again. I love El Pollo Loco, esp when I buy it n eat it right away in the car, but today, again, I had to wait to get home to heat it up. Customer service is awesome, but idk y they gave me chicken that's cold.
Food at El Pollo Loco is fantastic always look forward to it Services great atmosphere not so great please be advised there is a homeless population around the area so most likely you will run into a panhandler the advise
The people who work there are not friendly and I noticed if you are using snap or foodstamps they kinda look down at the person .I don't know if I would go back to that one but there is one on braham and Camden.I was going to eat in but they were very rude so I took it home.
