Got a chicken salad that was very light on meat and was sad there was no option for a vinegar based dressing with no creamy element. Why not a cilantro lime dressing?...maybe. they had kiosk machines to order from also and not people. Kinda sad.
This is our go-to spot for quick takeout lunches or dinners. The family meals are great for sharing, but the chicken can be inconsistent. When you order a leg and thigh family meal, you’ll often find several old pieces mixed in. These are easily identifiable since some are not tender.
The side options are also good. I particularly enjoy the coleslaw and side salad with cilantro dressing. The staff is always very attentive and works hard to ensure your order is placed...

Sighs. Today was like the 6th time ever for me to buy food here, n it is the 2nd time I'm so disappointed. I got my chicken n it was on the verge of turning cold, again. I love El Pollo Loco, esp when I buy it n eat it right away in the car, but today, again, I had to wait to get home to heat it up. Customer service is awesome, but idk y they gave me chicken that's cold.
