came here for valentines and was extremely disappointed. waiting 30 minutes to receive our drink. and over 1 hr for our food, just for it never to arrive… they tried to give us dessert and forgot we ordered mains.. people who were next to us that arrived 30-45 min after us already recieved their food!!! this place is a mess!!! don’t expect them to be timely!!! also, never was checked in on at all.. like it’s so bad guys please don’t waste your time

Yesterday I booked table for 4 with my family for Valentine’s day by seeing their menu options. We went to celebrate my kids achievements. However, only atmosphere was good but it was not family friendly restaurant and they should take this out from their description. On Valentine day they had specific menu without kids menu even though it is mentioned family friendly. Extremely expensive with worst food ever. On website it was no where to mentioned that it is specific menu without kids menu so that we could have decided. Pictures shows kids friendly and thats the reason many people were with little kids. They seated us immediately as we had reserved table but waitress was so busy that she didn’t take our full order and left. Service was pathetic as they brought my husband drink and after an hour my drink. We were there at 7:30 and I got my drink at 8:30 and appetizer at 9. Serving was like we are in express restaurant. Worst Food even though with specific menu no presentation and my 10 year would cook much better food. Food was served like pile of mash potatoes with splattered veggies and yucky protein. Valentine felt like halloween. Only entertainment was good but when you are super hungry and kids are upset as they had nothing in menu for them the music and dance felt annoying. We wasted $$$ amount for worst experience. For manager- if you can not handle the rush please don’t take the reservation and please mentioned people that you have limited menu so that-they could decided if they wanna come or not. It was night mare for us. Hope if you guys see your review and do something about it as you wasted our money and one wonderful day and we paid $$$. Wish I can give zero star. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Wish they could refund our hard earned money we wasted on them.
Vegetarian options: Worst. Canned costco Spaghetti sauce with boiled pasta
Kid-friendliness: Not sure why they mentioned it . It is not at all kid friendly restaurants place they make infant and family sit in front of bar and little infant it front of speaker. I feel manager have no clue what that person is doing

Much delay with the order today I saw 6 couples irce because the delay is fatal we arrived at 8 and started eating at 10 I would not go again even if they invited me and the food was terrible very bad experience I do not recommend it

This was a big disappointment. We walked in as a party of 2. The place was completely empty at 7pm on a Thursday night (first red flag) we did get seated immediately and our waitress was very nice. We scanned our QR code. I ordered a cocktail that tasted a little funny, but it was good enough. Then we decided to order the chicken empanadas to share as an appetizer. I cannot tell you how bland these were, the chicken looked like it was just boiled and shredded and stuffed in an empanada shell, they gave us pico de gallo and a few other dipping sauces which really didn't do anything for the empanadas, at that point we both decided we were not going to order separate entrées and decided to share the steak nachos. Again, the steak tasted like someone soft boiled it and diced it up. I will say all the ingredients were pretty fresh, but everything tasted so bland and for a Latin restaurant, I was highly disappointed (second red flag was we saw people finally walk in and sit down, looked at the menu and they got up and left. Not sure why but I'm assuming it's the lack of items on the menu and the pricing). At that point, the waitress asked us again how everything was, I very nicely explained that I felt the food was not flavorful at all, and it was a bit disappointing from the first time that I had went there and all the items that I had before for some reason are no longer on the menu. She seemed to get very defensive about it and walked away. She never returned to our table. 20 minutes later we had to go hunt her down to ask for our check. She very abruptly put the bill on the table and said "my manager gave you 20% off since you were unhappy." And walked away. I stuck my card in the billfold and she never came back so we proceeded to walk up to the front. Another woman did not say a word to us at that point I decided not to even leave a tip and that is something | probably have not done in many years. As you can see from the picture I posted the place is definitely aesthetically pleasing and the drinks look nice, but they really need to step up their game when it comes to their food seasoning and variety of options.
Great vibe!! Great atmosphere! We went in for brunch we’re seated quickly the server and service from everyone at this place was top tier! The pancakes and French toast were exceptional!! I want to give this place 5 stars but due to our main entrees I can’t. We were a large group (12)) and some of our food came out cold but it did come out all together which was nice! The main entrees just were not to all of our liking we ended up leaving most of our food but it may just not be our cup of tea and it may be yours! So I would say give it a shot. Halfway into our meal we got a show from an encanto movie character which was a nice surprise! Even though we were celebrating a bachelorette and not a kids party she still came around and made us feel a part of the show! Our kid at heart appreciated that!! We were also very intrigued by all the drinks they looked so good! So we want to come back and try dinner and drinks! Parking is great there is plenty of it
