The folks here were super nice to me! I love Erik's sandwiches and always get the soup and sandwich combo. This particular time, I had some problems with my new ATM card, and it took 4 tries of back and forth with my bank to get it to work so that I could pay for my sandwich! The staff at Erik's were all very patient with me and kept my soup hot and my sandwich fresh while I got things sorted out. They never treated me like a second class customer and were always very kind and understanding. The food was, of course, fantastic!

A place like Erik's is a rarity nowadays! It's easy to pick healthy options and have a lunch you feel good about, and the staff are FAST and super nice and thoughtful. Everything I love about a grab-n-go lunch spot. I've come here over ten times and will eat it over any fast food lunch spot any day.

I ordered the Baja Fiesta salad. It seemed premade and was stale: the tortilla strips were stiff and not crispy, and the shredded cheddar was dry and hardened. The veggies were bland and slightly bitter. Very disappointed overall.

Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. I tried this place once and hated it and decide why not give it a second shot because I know people who kinda like it. Fool me once shame on you … fool me twice shame on ME. Absolutely gross. My sandwich was pathetic and soggy as hell, the lettuce was straight up brown, put one pickle on it, one pepper … just gross, even tasted rotten. I had one bite and had to spit it out as I feared I was going to get food poisoning it tasted just rotten. Waste of my money. Honestly Subway is better quality.
