Very tasty vegetarian food!! Salt and pepper tofu was super good! Mapo tofu, eggplant in garlic sauce and string beans came a close second! Portion sizes surprised me! It seemed like a takeout place when I went to pick up food around 900pm ish. Tables and chairs indicate a seating option perhaps. Lots of foot traffic....looks like I stumbled on a hidden gem!!
If you order for pickup, you need to get here before 1:30 to pay for your food, because they don't start making it til you pay for it. Pickup is for 1:30 and it's currently 2:15 and just got all of my order. Waiting area dirty and dusty. Cobwebs on the wall and on the TV

They are civil and give matter-of-fact customer service but I guess you’re not ordering from Evergreen Panda for the service. There are places to sit but most people pick up to go.
