I came in to pick up an order and was told it would take about 5 minutes. I waited over 15 minutes. My order was just sitting on the counter. They didn't even tell me my order was ready. The food was cold and just the whole experience was not good.

Ordered a hot ginger tea during a low traffic time. The tea tasted extraordinarily artificial, and the order took a good 20 min to make. They had 5 employees, I wonder doing what, because they weren’t preparing orders for sure. Do not recommend to go again.

I was there at 6:00pm to get 2 bobas get 1 free. A employee said it ended, so I didn't get a happy hour. However, behind me, a person got a happy hour( 1free boba). What kind of service mind they have. I was so disappointed at this shop. Not recommended!!!

No mango fruit tea but I got a strawberry drink and it was pretty good. They have a good variety of drinks and flavors so I will definitely go back and try out some more.

Love this place! The place is clean and well customer service. I'll definitely come here next time. I got taro milk tea and it was delicious. Overall, I give this store 5stars.

I'll have to admit, when this place first opened up I was scared off by the prices. But then I tried it and oh my God it's amazing! It is a high quality tea and fresh made boba (actually fresh!) I got the Thai milk tea with boba and it's very flavorful, there's another boba shop in the plaza but their Thai tea isn't nearly as good. The service is fast and they're very friendly. Also the restaurant itself is very cute, modern, and clean. It has some nice tables inside and outside. Side note but the cups and presentation of the food is really nice as well, compostable straws + cups.

High quality boba tea. My favorite in the area. Too bad it's so far. Nothing more to say, really.

The peach oolong with cheese foam is god-send and such an amazing drink. Love that you can customize your sweetness level and ice level. Gong cha might have cheaper boba but feng cha is quality-tea. So glad they've opened up in SJ!

Feng Cha is a chain that specializes in customizable tea/milk tea. Our first encounter was in Monterey Park/LA. I liked the tea quality, especially their black sea and happy to see everything is customizable - ice, sugar, tea, milk, foam topping, etc. Their dirty boba is the high calorie mother-load if you're into milk tea with boba, black sugar and topped with cheese foam. I rather like the oreo milk tea, which is the classic black milk tea (Chinese it's red tea) with cheese foam and grounded oreo cookie crumbs on top, 50% sweet. the cookie crumbs on top of cheese foam is perfect for added texture but not too heavy or sweet. Other go-to drinks are mango au lait and peach oolong. They also have fruit smoothies that are made with real fruits.

Love their drinks - so far I've only had the peach oolong and lychee oolong tea with sea salt cream and both were delicious, definitely can taste the fruit flavor without seeming artificial. Drinks come out quick, and the ambiance of the place is clean and nice with some seats inside. May come here regularly.

Visited Feng Cha Teahouse since my husband and I were running errands and happened to park right across from here. It didn't look busy when we first saw the shop, but slowly got busier with a lot of people taking their drinks to-go. I ordered their matcha breeze (light sweet with boba) and made the mistake of not getting a copy of the receipt. Some drinks came out for the group before us, then there was a mango breeze that came out. People after us picked up their drinks as well. My husband matched his credit card number with the order ticket for the mango breeze, and we had our drink revised back to the matcha breeze I originally ordered. They also had messed up another girl's drink since she went back to the counter to let them know that the drink was incorrect. This aside, the matcha breeze itself was not bad. It is basically a matcha smoothie with boba pearls. The boba pearls were perfectly chewy. They were already sweet to begin with and made the "light" level of sweetness I ordered just right. They accept credit card and have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. There is also a bench you could sit at to get a picture of the shop name with Brown (the bear). Parking is plentiful and shared with the other restaurants and stores in the plaza.

Pretty good selection with snacks and cakes available. We stopped by on the Wed 3ish, no line. We ordered Oreo cheese milk tea with oat milk hot and 50%. This is just the right amount of sweetness and creamy texture for us. The order was well made and warm but not too hot. The staff were friendly. There are plenty of seats available in the store.

The shop was very well designed, from the floors to decor it was very welcoming. The bob was also very tasty and much more affordable than other boba tea places!Dietary restrictions: They have different levels of sugar.

Love their kiwi basil green tea, order 25% sweet with aloe and it's so so refreshing, even when it's cold outside. Quick service, in and out in less than 5 when the store is empty. There are tables and chairs if you want to hang out too.
