I've been coming to this bakery for quite some time and I've always lived their pan dulce, however this time it was not authentic, it was doughy, and what I mean by that is that it was spongy, not the way usual Mexican sweet bread is supposed to be. I judge a panadería on their cuernos, you know the ones that look like a hard croissant, they have to be hard on the outside soft in the middle... they were spongy and soft all around. Now, they might've had a substitute baker, who knows, I will check it out again soon and update this review.

I just sent inside to purchase pan/bread, and one of the workers started coughing and didn't cover her mouth. Unsanitary, nasty, unprofessional and health safety issue for me, passing GERMS, ILLNESSES.
