I went with some friends to try out this event. I had been meaning to try Sorel in SF, so decided to try out this menu before going. It was fun and worth a try, but nothing too magically. You check-in at the front (can bring a bag even though the stadium has a Clear Bag Policy). You walk all the way down and there is a Photo Booth where you can get instant 4X6 prints. You can only take one pic at a time and there's an option to send the pic to your phone. Then, you walk down to the stadium where there is a tent (the dining area). There are heaters to keep you warm as it does get cold. The whole thing is 2 hrs, but eating time is about 1.5 hrs (maybe 1 hr if you get your food later). There is a code on the menu that allows you to order drinks and pay through there. The chef and menu are different for each day. Customer Service: Great! Everyone was so nice and our server really took care of us. The food does take sometime to come to you, but this may be on purpose so that you do not need to rush. For the first item though, we waited quite sometime (probably 30 mins or so). Food: It is a different menu than the restaurant. Everything tasted good. For our menu, I especially liked the rib-it just melts in your mouth. I felt a bit full by the end, but not overly full. Ambience: It had a farmhouse wedding feel. I didn't see the chef at all because they had him come out for a few mins on the other side of the tent (not the middle?), and he was obscured. Kind of disappointing. Besides the tent, there was nothing really interesting about the location. Worth it? To try something unique, sure, but for $200, I think it's better to just go to the main restaurant (I think the tasting menu there is $165). The stadium was not interesting and there was really nothing to do there.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Field to Table at Pay Pal Park. My wife and I enjoyed a rare night away from our daughter and the evening was simply perfect. The food was beyond delicious, the service was impeccable, and the ambience was simply unique. There’s nothing like having a romantic dinner in the middle of a professional sports field. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable dining experience.Parking: Parking was free, easy, and super close!

Wife wanted to kickoff our anniversary week by experiencing a different style of dining. Field to Table is an exciting outdoor dining concept where we dine at a soccer stadium under a heated tent and featuring different cuisines and chefs each night. We selected Cambodian.First off parking was amazing because it was free and very close to the entrance. You won't find this during a normal soccer game. You walk up and they check you in at the entrance and proceed to the end of the corridor where there is a photo booth. The booth was whack because it didn't even give you enough time to hit the button to start the countdown before it snapped your pic so folks in line started helping each other. Whoever is before you took the couple's pic behind you. That's pretty much the only way you can touch the screen and snap your pic in time. We walked out to the field and this was probably the highlight of the evening because you are in the center of the stadium looking up and feeling what it must feel like to be a MLS star. The tent was setup for dining but to our surprise wasn't even filled. The runway was nicely paved with carpet so women didn't dirty their shoes and made walking to the field a lavish experience. The food however was such a disappointment to say the least. Every course of the 4-course was not impressive and the portions were only fit for a small child. There was not any party going on in my mouth as it was begging for some finale that never came. Dinner ended and I was not even half full. There was an option to donate $50 to charity and you got to kick 3 balls into the goal but even that was poorly coordinated. The person could not retrieve anyone's name that paid and we had to show proof of payment to kick the ball. It was mentioned that only 10 people got this opportunity so first come first served but in actuality there was only 4 people that did this. Kudos to the wifey that made a great attempt for a different experience but I can tell you the few hundred dollars spent was a major disappointment and stomach was hoping for more.

Lovely ambiance, lovely team, incredible meal! I can’t get over how much work must have gone into creating such a great night out of a soccer field. My main tip is that whoever ordered the tickets should be the one who orders the drinks because that person will already have an account on the system they use for all that — once we figured this part out it was all easy peasy lemon squeezy.I’d do it again in a heartbeat!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian option was just as impressive as the meat option.Parking: This was way easier than we expected.
