The handful of times I have come here since ownership change, the sysco/tyson boneless wings have been cold on the inside and sauce is drizzled on top instead of tossed.
Workers are always super kind, some cashiers don't speak english very well but this can be very helpful for spanish speaking customers.
The smell from the bathroom wafts out into the check-in area causing it to smell like sewage, random boxes of utensils, napkins, to go boxes, etc. block the way to the restroom. The dining area gets very stuffy with multiple parties present.
Used to be a fantastic spot with giant wings and amazing flavor choices but has since declined significantly.

Just to keep this one short and sweet, they're always seems to be younger people working there, but they're actually pay attention to you. Lol
I'm sure working nearby local middle schools, and high schools are hard, but these young adolescents seem to at least acknowledge you when you walk in. I've been to a handful of other establishments, where that is not the case. So great job on employee training and or keeping your employees with the times, the olden times of actually talking and not texting. Lol
The ambienceis great. Perfect spot to watch games and I love their outdoor patio with the giant windows across. You can sit outside with your dog on the patio and completely watch the game and listen to music that's played overhead. I love this spot!

Love this place for what it is. A great hybrid option between Buffalo Wild Wings and Wing Stop. Wings are definitely better than wing stop. They have TVs with Sports (and audio), good food and cold beer. But I do have a complaint (asked the workers for the managers name, so this goes out to you) PETER, its call Mango Habanero not Mango and Sweet Sauce. When my 10yo boy and 6yo daughter can eat something ending in Habanero because they confused it with sweet and sour should be a wake up call (they think hot cheetos are spicy). Please fix it.

Avoid ordering from them when they're nearing closing time. What I received was an absolute mess. I was supposed to get 20 bone-in wings, but somehow ended up with 11 boneless and 7 bone-in. It's like they rummaged through their leftovers and tossed whatever they could find into my bag, trying to pass it off as a complete order. Not only was the order completely wrong, but the flavor was barely there; the sauce and seasoning were way off. If this is how they operate when winding down, they should just close their doors earlier. I've had good experiences with this place before, which makes this chaotic and flavorless delivery even more frustrating.

Sticky floors, dirty tables, and embarrassingly small portions after new owners. We used to love this spot and now we would rather go anywhere else.
Recently shrunk the garlic noodles by half. I got my noodles, confirmed my small “tray”(small cardboard tray) was a large. They said yes.
They have halved the amount of garlic noodles with no increase in quality for the same price.
I mean come on.

For quite some time I’d commute to the Hayward or San Mateo locations which were the closest to San Jose. Some of the most flavorful sauce combinations paired with well balanced garnish’s allows this establishment to outshine other traditional wing spots. Don’t be afraid to ask to try sauces before ordering them as well!
I ordered Nashville chicken sandwich level: Super Fire (DON’T try this unless you can handle it). Well battered and perfectly fried which comes with fries and drink if you choose the combo. 10 Piece Bone in Salt/pepper & Dragon flavor wings which are self explanatory when it comes to the taste. Finally the most popular side that’s ordered which is the Garlic noodles, cooked Al dente topped with a healthy amount of garlic.
