Friendly staff and really good food. The corn ribs and the watermelon/cucumber/basil/fish sauce salad both got high marks from my wife.
We came during happy hours. $10 on selected appetizers, $5 on selected beers/ wines/ cocktails.
Their mussels are good! We also ordered the wings, bison burger, calamari, a couple of HH drinks, and our total before tips was $90. Will probably come back for the mussels and try other entrees.
Though we will sit at the bar next time, the sit down area was a little loud even though there were not many people inside.
The buffalo burger and the mussels were good. Wasn't too big of a fan of their mixed drinks though just stick with beer.
I’ve been here several times, the food is always great and the staff is always friendly.
Quiet night at the bar and had a great burger with a solid local craft beer. Bartender was very nice and treated us well.
each of our servers were very attentive, smiling and engaged. we had a belated birthday for a friend and they made it special for him. appreciate it...a definite place to go next time I am in San Jose..
Good service. But my shrimp carbonara came out too salty. The mixed drinks were delish. The total came out a bit pricey for the quality of the food.
Great food, adult beverages. Staff inviting and friendly
The food was great, and our server very attentive. A little loud, and not many tables, so a weeknight was perfect.
Dined on a Sunday night. Restaurant quiet with a few people at the bar, a single lady by window table and 2 guys at the next table. Food was fine as hamburgers go. Nice to try while in town but would seek other restaurants prior to going back.

I've been going here for many years, even back in college when it was just a neighborhood bar, was surprisingly good bites. Once they turned it into a "Gastro pub", they took it to the next level. It's been several years of amazing food for an amazing value. I would put this far about a lot of expensive restaurants for the quality, but at a much more affordable price. The staff are always friendly, and they make some really great craft cocktails. Can't go wrong!
Good all around. Attentive and friendly service. Yummy cocktails. Nice menu and quality food.
The greeter/hostess was very sweet and had our table ready promptly on a busy Valentine's day night. Our server was patient and cheerful. The noise level was pretty high to start but then died down as the night went on. Good selection of drinks, wine and beer. Food a bit on the pricey side but quite tasty. Quite casual but still classy w downtown vibe,
Great experience there, went on Valentine's Day. They were pretty busy and our food was behind schedule (my girlfriend and I didn't mind at all) but the hostess felt bad and gave my girlfriend a glass of wine on them. A very polite jester, will definitely go back on the future.
Awesome service. Felt like they were working as a team to provide great service. Ordered the steak and potatoes, was good. Nothing too crazy but decent value and tasty. Charcuterie board was good and Caesar salad was a good Caesar salad. Good job team!
