Ordered a small sub, $8.00. Sign says 4". More like 2" .literally one bite. And then the owner asked if I'd donate to the store and asked if I wanted to tip. Unreal. I've never seen a sandwich that small.

Went there ordered 2 gluten free sandwiches and one on regular white, paid. They came over and said gluten free bread was out and refunded 2.00 and proceeded to put the contents of one of the sandwiches in a bowl and other sandwich had to go on regular white. It was the worst "salad" or sandwich ever. Very sad looking. The other 2 sandwiches came dripping in grease, it was so bad we boxed it to bring home for the animals. $65 bucks for nothing.

I have loved firehouse subs for many years, but the last time I ordered, I paid more than $17 for a sandwich and it had about half the meat that it usually does. And this was for a 6” sub! Nearly $20 for a 6” sub that mostly just tastes like bread just feels ridiculous. I really hope they go back to making their sandwiches the way they used to especially if they are going to continue to charge such a high prices.

The Hook-and-Ladder sub was great, generous helping of flavorful ham. I had it for the first time in another state and am glad to see that it is as good here as it was there.

Ordered a sub online. Went in at the time they said it would be ready. It wasn't. But everyone does online orders now so it's to be expected. I walked in and not one person greeted me or said "hi be right with you". I had to make my presence and say I have a mobile order. Told them my name but it wasn't ready yet. Waited a couple minutes and then it was ready. She said my name and when I grabbed the sandwich I said thank you but no reply back. They could have given a crap if I was there or not. The sandwich had good flavor but they bread is horrible. It gets soggy really quick. For a $15 regular sandwich and careless service, I'll never come back here. Crust is a good sandwich spot but they close early.

I stopped eating here because of their terrible service. Food is ok but sub is better at Crust or Freshly Baked. Price points are $8-$15 which is also on the high side. I used to go bc of the benefits they give back to the Fire Fighters. I stopped eating here because They gave a free Birthday sub but they took it away because they said I didn't claim it within the 7 day period. I was sick and couldn't leave the house. They gave their customer service rep Shivani who also refused to respond after I asked to reissue the points. That rep ought to get a customer service class as get reprimanded for lack of communication. He doesn't deserve to be in that CS Team. Unbelievable--lack of customer support all for a measly sub! Now, I won't be coming to that shop anymore. Better food at Pickles or the Spot too.

$19 for a large Phili cheese steak sandwich made with steemed unseasoned meat. I'm not going back. They have better firehouse subs at the great mall.

Be sure your hands are squeaky clean before you go — their bathroom is password-protected so you can’t wash them, and they don’t seem to have utensils.

What happened to this place? We have been a few times in the past and the sandwiches were quite good. I order the same every time. A smokehouse turkey hot on wheat. I ordered a M, which was the size of a small. The bread was really squishy. kind of like cheap bread; in fact Wonder bread comes to mind. The tomatoes were non-existent, the lettuce was wet, and the turkey was mostly non-existent. I added the drink and chips for an extra 3.75. I didn't realize it was a super sized drink, who can drink that much? I could have done with a small drink. The chips were stale, one month away from expiration. Terrible overall. So for 1 measly sandwich, a bag of stale chips and a supersized beverage the bill was $20. ( a small tip was included.) Is it under new management? Will not be returning ever.

Food was good but the staff were very rude to me. Don’t know what her name is but I’ve come here twice and she’s been incredibly rude and condescending. I’ll go to a different restaurant next time.

My son and his wife have a toddler and a newborn, and I always ask if I can take them lunch. They requested Firehouse Subs and gave me their order. They loved their sandwiches and I ordered the mac & cheese, which was very good. I ordered ahead so it would be ready when I got there and it was. The only thing I would recommend is calling because when you order it goes to a site that charges a lot more and I saved almost $20 by not doing that. The inside of the sandwich shop was clean and the staff were friendly.BTW when I was inside getting my order, I saw a meatball with pepperoni sandwich that looked and smelled delicious. So now I must go back!
