UNSANITARY! very disappointing. The elderly woman behind the counter had just helped the customer to use the credit card machine with her gloved hands. This woman then took my order and proceeded to get my sandwich out of the glass enclosure where the sandwiches were. I asked her if she was going to change her gloves. Her response, “ I suppose you want me to wash my hands too” she then gave me a dirty look, took her gloves off, washed her hands and put clean gloves on.She wrapped up my sandwich, left it at the counter and told me I could check out.To add insult to the injury, the sandwich was very dry. I did not eat it.Most people today are trained properly on how to handle foodTerrible service.

I've ordered breakfast sandwich. It was cold and make my stomach feel bad.
Good sandwich and pretty quick service
Fair enough
The burrito was so bad... Not seasoned at all.. Veggies had no taste and tasted like washed like overcooked but were still very chewy.. Do not recommend the burrito here..
Horrible service, stopped serving breakfast at an ungodly early hour. Burnt my food on top of that. High prices are to be expected at an airport, but this was altogether the worst experience I've ever had in my life.
As another reviewer already noted, I think that the breakfast burrito made me sick. The potatoes in it seemed to be almost raw. I am not sure if it was that or the eggs, but I was really naucious for most of my 4+ hour flight. The burrito was not very good, but the neighboring Mexican restaurant was closed (even though it was within their operating hours) so I had to settle on this place. I should have read the reviews first. Service seemed efficient and friendly enough at 6am.
Service is really Bad! The two atendees had bad attitude. Really upset me. I am buying a service not askin for a favor. Also dirty.
Not very exciting looking pre-made food. There is an area to eat just next to this shop.
1/22/18... Rye bread is moldy. The kale and quinoa salad is really kale and cous cous and that's been an ongoing issue for months, so not just a temporary quinoa shortage. Very disappointed for a $25 lunch.

Overpriced premade sandwiches. Hard to read menu - small font. Credit card charge comes from SORA SUSHI. It's possible that the breakfast burrito they microwaved for me made me I'll.
$2.99 for a glazed doughnut?!
Had sausage croissant sandwich. It was pretty bad. For 12 dollar sandwich, i would expect something bit better.
Good service. Clean tables, nice staff. Their menu is good and correct. They could sweep the floor more between rushes during flights though.
For airport food, I was pleasantly surprised! ..don't be put off by the sad looking sandwiches in the window, they make them fresh. I had a vege one and it was actually pretty good. It was also cheaper than advertised ($8.50 + tax for a sandwich, not $10.50)
