Great foods and atmosphere. Very cool live DJ music. The fire dancing lady was impressive. She performed right at our table. So close I could feel the heat from the flames!

Fitoor has dominated the art of authentic Indian cuisine. Each dish was full of flavor, and spice levels were correct. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was animated.

Fitoor on Santana Row blew me away! The flavors are authentic, vibrant, and beautifully presented. Each dish tasted fresh and was perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is modern and chic, and the service is exceptional.

In the case of Fitoor, food was not the only expectation raised. Each course has been plated with a pixie’s touch resulting in many a dishes being considered Instagram worthy by many. The lamb biryani apart from its richness was aromatic, the chili garlic prawn’s were the highlight in that the spice was just right. For the last course we ordered the gulab jamun cheesecake which was quite ingenious in combining two flavors every one loves. The only problem though, is that it was a bit too much people and the waiting staff seemed to be a bit overstretched. Be that as it may, when one wants to have a culinary experience of Indian food that is going a notch higher than the usual, Fitoor is that place.

I went to Fitoor with a few pals and I must say that it was a perfect place to hang out. The interior design was elegant and lively which was just fitting for Santana Row. We ordered quite a lot of starters that came including ordered the crispy cauliflower; chicken tikka and all of them were very tasty and enough for sharing. The naan was nice and light, ideal for soaking up all the curries. The wait staff was courteous and helpful especially when it came to offering tips on what to order, which was a plus. The place was full, but our waitress was prompt and came around often. The overall service was very good although this may be a challenge for some people due to the costs involved.

Fitoor brings authentic Indian flavors to Santana Row with a modern refreshing touch! The Biryani lamb was aromatic and perfectly spiced, and the butter chicken was very creamy and rich. The atmosphere is exclusive but comfortable, which makes it perfect for a start night.

In order to complete the experience, we ordered a variety of dishes such as the Lamb Chops, Masala Calamari, and the Paneer Tikka. Every meal was garnished beautifully and tasted delicious. The lamb chops were beautifully cooked with a bit of char qnd a touch of spiciness. The crispy squid came with a fun and spicy cilantro dip. The cottage cheese cubes were so soft that they melted in your mouth, and the accompanying chutneys helped balance the flavors very nicely.

At Fitoor, the employees are watchful and proactive but not overbearing, and they are ready to give advice if one is in doubt about what one should eat. They also cater for people’s dietary needs, which is a bonus for people who have restrictions. The cost is in tune with the Santana Row area and the class of the restaurant. While it can be an indulgence, it is one that pays off really well and the experience in total including the atmosphere, food, and service, makes it worth a trip, particularly during events and holidays.

Food was okay but not great. I'm not sure what the price break down was since I did not get a check, just a total amount due.
Not sure I will return anytime soon. Seems overpriced for just so-so food.

What really makes Fitoor different is the food. Tandoori platter has to be ordered, owing to the perfectly cooked marinated meat. Even their vegetarian dishes, such as Kaneer Tikka, are a treat and show great care in the use of spicing and flavors. Each dish comes in decorative ceramicware and one can tell that a lot of care goes into the decoration itself. The taste is true to its original form but modified to fit different tastes, including those who do not fancy hot meals.

The culinary experience offered by Fitoor is outstanding. While the menu comprises of staples such as Butter Chicken and Lamb Rogan Josh, it also provides some exquisite and creative dishes. Their application of spices is exemplary as they are able to combine authenticity without sacrificing taste. The presentation is also fascinating – each plate is garnished with an amazing array of colors and embellishments such that the food is as stunning to look at as it is to consume.
