Good food, friendly staff, but prices absolutely crazy. 45 bucks for 2 tiny burgers and a few fries. And this meal did not even fill us up. We stopped elsewhere for more food. Not worth it at all. Absolutely ridiculous.

The employees have very bad service, they are rude and indifferent to Hispanic customers, I have gone to eat several times and the female cashiers have the same attitude, the employees do not deliver the food even with cup holders, nor do they want to give bags, zero empathy and interest, with serving the customer correctly. Finally, they have unfriendly behavior since some of the employees speak Spanish and do not like to speak our language, we are discriminated against.

The only issue with this is the parking situation at this physical location in San Jose. I can see fights Or accidents over spaces in the future here if not already.

The service here is horrible I ordered for for and my coworker and we ordered a large fries and was given this. I was told by the employees that is the correct amount of fries for a large. A large is 8 dollars and the cup isn't even full. So I submitted and complaint and the gm told me to come in and they will give me a free meal to compensate. So a few days later I go to get the free meal and showed the employee the email and she tell me that idk that we do and asked me to pay for the food. Even though I have an email from her GM saying the food was supposed to be free. Horrible service and horrible communication.
