My personal experience. I love the food here. The staff is very kind, helpful, and has a great attitude. The manager Karen is awesome. She runs the store like a well-oiled machine, she is very personable. Thank you, Karen and Team, for your kindness. What an excellent visit. The food is delicious. Good food, friendly staff, but prices absolutely crazy. 45 bucks for 2 tiny burgers and a few fries. And this meal did not even fill us up. We stopped elsewhere for more food. Not worth it at all. Absolutely ridiculous.
The employees have very bad service, they are rude and indifferent to Hispanic customers, I have gone to eat several times and the female cashiers have the same attitude, the employees do not deliver the food even with cup holders, nor do they want to give bags, zero empathy and interest, with serving the customer correctly. Finally, they have unfriendly behavior since some of the employees speak Spanish and do not like to speak our language, we are discriminated against.

The service here is horrible I ordered for for and my coworker and we ordered a large fries and was given this. I was told by the employees that is the correct amount of fries for a large. A large is 8 dollars and the cup isn't even full. So I submitted and complaint and the gm told me to come in and they will give me a free meal to compensate. So a few days later I go to get the free meal and showed the employee the email and she tell me that idk that we do and asked me to pay for the food. Even though I have an email from her GM saying the food was supposed to be free. Horrible service and horrible communication.
