Great Food, Great Service, One Small HiccupI've been a regular at this Five Guys location and it never fails to impress me with its consistently delicious hamburgers and fresh fries. The food is always cooked to perfection and the freshness is evident in every bite. The welcoming and friendly staff further enhance the dining experience. Their excellent service makes every visit enjoyable and leaves a lasting impression. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. However, there's one aspect that could use some improvement. The restroom access code is unusually long, longer than my bank ATM card. This seems a bit excessive and can be inconvenient for customers. It's a minor issue but it does take away from the overall guest services experience.Despite this, I highly recommend Five Guys for their top-notch food and service. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration for an even better customer experience in the future.

Fast food that requires tipping! Much less tasty than Burger King, McDonald's, and In-N-Out but much more expensive! The patties taste like they're boiled or steamed, and the bacon on the hot dog is very salty and dry. Threw away half of it uneaten. First time leaving a bad review for a restaurant, sorry!"

Burgers and fries were excellent. Service was very friendly.Advice: the fries are delicious, but they don’t travel well, so either eat in or don’t get the fries.

Do NOT Door Dash from here. Both five guys issue and Doordash. 1, see picture..... 2 x large fries??? Wow, totally shafted! 2 These fries were refried! They promise fresh fries but I guess not anymore. Good for you Curtner 5 guys on killing 5 guys reputation for fresh fries! 3 this is door dashes issue, I pay for MY delivery! Do not deliver to someone else first!

I will let you review this yourself: $43.82 for two burgers and two large Cajun Fry's.No drink. Let that sink in.I do recommend eating here but I'd limit it to special events only like having successfully knocked off a bank, or won the lottery. I mean the big lottery - Scratchers winnings wouldn't cover what it takes to eat here.

Love their burgers, fries and shakes. Like that there is very little waste as they package in recycled paper bag and foil

Delicious burger! One of the best burger joints around. Pricey but worth it. The service was great, hook me up with extra fries too.

Great as always.... Thanks five guys! This is the place to go for a lettuce wrap . There are so many more convenient locations in the East bay as well as the South Bay. The whole meal was , messy and good!

In 2009, I discovered the Five Guys on SR 200 in Ocala while on a work project nearby. Within a couple of days, I made my wife ride with me from Gainesville to get another one of those great burgers. She loved it as much as I. Before too long, a Five Guys opened in Gvl on NW 43rd St, near our home- there's another on Archer Rd. Ever since, it has been my favorite eating place in town- above a bunch of fancier restaurants I still love. I get there every week or two or three, seldom enough to keep it a special treat. As great as it is, Five Guys may be an aquired taste for some people. It may take a few visits to choose exactly the right combination of ingredients, and there is a long list of options. I get a Little Cheeseburger- the regular burger, with two patties is too much for an old guy. I order it all the way, less pickles, which includes grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms, and I add grilled jalapenos. Wow! Perfect for me. Once or twice a year, I get a grilled hotdog with cheese, grilled onions and mustard, but I love the burgers so much, I usually have to put off the very good dog.Speaking of dogs, I've had two since I've been eating at Five Guys and both always were happy when I came home with fries. I only buy a small order of fries, but they give me so much, I always share with my pup.I've seen a few so-so reviews on Yelp, but I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't understand the luxury of a Five Guys burger. Anyone expecting a fast food burger may not understand the piece of art they're served at Five Guys. It's very juicy, so one must eat carefully. One also must learn the combo of add-ons that works for them. Yes, it's expensive- over $20 for burger, fries, drink, plus tip- but It's worth every penny. I always eat in and have a few peanuts. I eat slowly and savor the treat. The staff are always pleasant, the place is spotless clean and they play rock and roll music in the background. Heaven!
