The front lady was very rude. I went there to reload my gift card and she wasn't being helpful at all. None of the staff knows how to do it. I usually go to the store by Almaden and they can do it easily.

I walked in at 9:50 p.m. and they close at 10:00 and I've worked enough service jobs so I felt bad for the employees and apologized that I was showing up so late but they were extremely kind and friendly and said they were more than happy to make my food.
Monceis was the manager from what I could tell and he is extremely personable and friendly. There was a guy named Chris on the grill and the entire crew was working hard but they were friendly.
The food was great as expected but the service was even better! I got the double bacon cheeseburger with extra mushrooms and fried onions and it was fabulous.
Parking: It can get packed during business hours but there's still plenty of parking!
Kid-friendliness: Every kid loves burgers and fries and milkshakes! ?
My kids love to eat here, and say the burgers here are better than anywhere else. I’ll take their word for it. The only thing I’ll say is that whenever we go, usually the tables aren’t the cleanest.

I just love this place, I tend to forget about it but when I do remember, and we go, it's absolutely the best. I always order the double bacon cheeseburger lettuce wrap, and seriously I can't say enough good things about it. When you order it without the bond you taste things you don't taste when there's a bread bun on it. From the minute you walk in you know this place is special, there's a good vibe with the decor the welcome from the staff the smells the free peanuts, there's just something special about this place and your sensory perception picks up on it the moment you walk through the front door. Love the way their fries are served, loved everything about their burgers, highly recommend you check this place out. This is what fresh, tasty fast food is all about, it doesn't get any better.
Parking: Tons of free parking available here, easy to park and walk right inside.
Visiting this location was very enjoyable. had a really great experience here. I got a cheeseburger with the works and it was really good! I highly recommend it. I also got fries. I like that they give you a lot of fries where your bag is overfilling with them. The workers are also attentive and helpful.I would recommend this place if you want to eat a really delicious burger.They also offer other healthy, tasty options if you don’t want a burger.

Service and food were very good. Workers were friendly. My bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños was odd in that the jalapeños were raw, so I’ll have to ask about that next time, but otherwise the burger was excellent.
It's an unfortunate reality when a burger, fries and a drink at a fast food restaurant with questionable service charges $21 and ask for a tip. Never again!
