Let's start with the bad, fries have way to much salt and not cheap for a burger but you pay for what you get and it's good quality of everything they sell. Plenty of place to park in the budy San Jose afternoon area.Outdoor seating which is great.It was not busy at all when i came and it's much appreciated and the staff was really nice and helpful

Five Guys is not always our first choice when it comes to burger options, but it always seems to hit the spot. The burgers are definitely on the greasy side, but when it's time for a cheat meal, we enjoy coming here. The employees are usually friendly and attentive, and we've never had a bad experience. We particularly love coming here for the fries, and since it's located next to Wingstop, we always get their cheese sauce to dip the fries in. It's a guilty pleasure every time we visit.

Fries overcooked, hamburger bun wasn't warmed up, so when trying to eat it, bread would break up into pieces. Have eaten at other 5 Guys never have had this problem. Quality control should be a priority for management.

My son and I came here for the first time in a long time since the pandemic when they had pick up only. Now, they have fully opened up the dining area. The service is always friendly and quick. And they brought back the peanuts to serve yourself. It's all pretty much back to normal.However, the prices have gone up quite a bit, but we will be coming back again since this is one of the burger joints we really enjoy.
