I’ve been eating at various 5 guys for years. I stopped by this location while visiting family in the area. When I ordered my lettuce wrap burger the guy at the register clarified by asking if it was a preference choice or allergy. Then asked if I wanted my orders in separate bags since I had a bun with my husband’s order. I’ve never had anyone ask or treat my gluten intolerance with such respect. Major props to this location, their training and the politeness of this gentleman.
And the seasonings on their Cajun fries was perfect!!! Many other places skimp out and it’s disappointing, but not here.
Way overpriced for what it was. Didn't get what I ordered. The burger managed to be the most bland and mediocre thing that has ever entered my mouth. Really disappointing when my previous experiences have been great. Peanuts were good though, and it was clean inside. Also, staff was all nice; just not great at the register.

I witnessed a women come in and complain about fries, he handled like a legend. Food is amazing best five guys in the bay, hands down! Service is excellent from the staff! Will make the longer drive just to come to this location!

I always love Five Guys. They have great burgers and fries. One thing that puts them apart for me is their cajun fries. So today I ordered my regular order: a cheeseburger and little cajun fries. However, I took it back home, and first bite: only salt. No cajun seasoning at all. Though I know that everyone makes mistakes, it was disappointing. However, in general, Five Guys is great.

It is not like it was before. Prices are outrageous 2 burgers and 1 drink, 1 small fries $35. I was wondering why it was empty during lunch hour.
