Food was literally amazing. I read the bad reviews, which made me skeptical, but I could not be more satisfied! The service was also very good, especially from the manager/shift lead, Jalen. He was super patient and helpful with my crazy family. I’ll definitely be coming again.

The meat is worse than other branches. There are chewy pieces of fat in the meat. Most of the time the fries is old and stale. And 60% of the time they manage to mess up the order. For what they charge, it's not worth it.

They charged me $13 for a burger with no toppings that I waited almost 15 minutes for, and closed early so I couldn’t even go back in while they were still “open” to fix my order. Who the hell makes a burger with no ingredients besides meat and cheese as the default option? Never going back to Five Guys after this experience.
Absolutely love five guys, you don't have to go to too many other burger places and pay something close to get a much clearly inferior product to appreciate how good five guys really is. They're a little bit more expensive, in fact they're one of the most expensive fast food burger chains but the product is so much better. You consistently get a great burger, not a thin patty like other burger places but a good amount of quality beef with all the condiments, mushrooms bacon, grilled onions you could want. When you order fries not only do they give you a good size portion of fries but they usually dump the rest of the basket in your bag on top of the container giving you usually somewhere close to twice the amount of fries you actually ordered. Over all, and my humble opinion, five guys is the burger place to beat. My go-to favorite is the bacon cheeseburger lettuce wrap.
