This is some top tier beef noodle soup. If you’ve been to Taiwan, you’ll know it compares favorably to some of the better places there. I usually order the traditional beef noodle soup with thin noodles, 1/2 meat 1/2 tendon. They are very generous with 3 large pieces of beef shank meat, and 2 pieces of tendon. Really good spot for Taiwanese food! The weather was quite rainy and I had a craving for some Taiwanese beef noodle soup, and this place didn't disappoint at all. I got the traditional beef noodle soup and the spiciest popcorn chicken on the side, and both were 10/10 fantastic! The meat in the beef noodle soup are thick slices which tasted good, also liked the noodle options (flat noodles, thin noodles, shirataki noodles), but personally thought the soup was not flavorful enough. More on the lighter side.
