In 2019, we paid this venue a $5,000 deposit on an event for Sept 2020.. Covid hit and the event is not permitted to happen. They will not refund our deposit. Use extreme caution in dealing with Patricia, Heinz and team.

I was a guest at a wedding on 3/7/20. This was the first wedding at the Forager. Everything was amazing, the set up for 300, the seating/dance area, bar, dessert table. There's just so much room and the high ceilings give it an overall amazing feel. Caterers were set up outside at the entrance and there's even a mezzanine space above the restroom that over looks the entire event space. If you're looking to host a special event, the Forager is an amazing venue. The only downside would be parking, which is not as convenient but the venue is beautiful.

This place is big and really nice for parties and big events. Tasty bar and delicious food, amazing dance floor and live music, friendly staff. There are clean and wheelchair-accessible restrooms and parking.

This was a very beautiful and great last stop for our great convention. The facility was nice and clean and had tons of room to have for food, tables, and activities. I'll always remember the great time he had here and was near by to our hotel which gave us a great walk and explore San Jose. This is very nice huge place. Attended a corporate event here. Place was nicely decorated. Choices of beer were great. They had arranged lot of different activities for the event. Wide variety of selection of food choices. Amazing dance floor and live music. All the attendees really enjoyed the place and the event.

My husband and I hosted a party here for our daughter and it was awesome. Beautiful space, enough room for all of our guests, about 50, and overall a great experience. So many people commented on how great the coffee was, and how it might have been one of the best drinks they've had. Our barista that day was Derek (thanks so much!). Would highly recommend this space for an event, and to stop by to hang out!

Forager is a great meetup/hangout spot! I hosted a fun art meetup here. The venue is spacious with good vibes and seating. There was also good lighting for drawing and outlets with a lot of tables. I also asked the barista what the most instagrammable drink is and I got this swan latte art on a cappuccino

What a great space for a fundraising event. The staff was quick on their feet at the bar. I was skeptical about the wine being poured, but it was actually good. I don't know what the agreements the venue has with choosing a food vendor that was outside on the sidewalk under a canopy. I would have rather seen a food truck. Just thinking about food vendor requirements from a neighboring county, that would not have allowed this type of set-up. Other than that the venue worked really well for the fundraiser I attended.
