I am so glad Forest&Flour is back and open for dinner! Sway always makes everyone feel welcomed, whether you're a regular or not. You can taste the love everyone puts in the food... healthy and delicious. I would definitely recommend dining in if you have the time.

We’ve ordered several birthday cakes from Forest & Flour and they’ve all been amazing. We are a family with dairy and gluten allergies and their cakes are the only ones that we will order now. We think they taste better than cakes with dairy and gluten and those who don’t have allergies love them too.

First time come in here and I was impressed is located in a beautiful area love how you go down the stairs when you enter the building very unique place and I gotta tell you the pastries were delicious. You can tell they use good quality ingredients love the latte taste, so good and different now I have a new place to go for coffee The chocolate chip cookie 🍪 wow so good The staff was very nice very helpful thank you 🙏

I found F&F a few years ago at a farmer's market but just now visited their actual store - we met the owner who was super nice, and got a baguette and muffins. I've seen some reviews complaining that the pastries aren't sweet enough - I love that they are lower on the sweetness scale, and that I don't feel like I'm eating something artificial. I noticed that they now have waffles on their menu which I'm super excited to try - I've been gf/df for four years now and can never find waffles at a restaurant. I also like that Sway advocates for good working conditions for her staff (e.g. basic things like healthcare) and that she seems to be very involved with the community.

Food: my friend and I were here to get brunch, and ready to enjoy a nice catchup. When we see the price of the drink we were shocked (especially the matcha) so we decided to grab a bite and find somewhere else. The avocado toast tasted fantastic! It’s loaded with nutritious greens and seeds, which gives the toast a good balance of crunchiness.
Service: super nice and helpful. Got our utensils and napkins from the self assisted area.
Ambiance: it’s very cozy and quiet.

I love this bakery. I always visit when I am on vacation from work. It is so nice to just sit in a pleasant environment and enjoy food that won’t give me a tummy ache. I always take something home to enjoy while I am on break from teaching.
