Nice to go to a dedicated gluten free spot. This is a cute place. We tried the devils food cake (way too sweet) and the monkey bread (terrific). I had coffee and hubby had hot chocolate. The coffee was great but that was an expensive cup of coffee. I took home a chocolate chip walnut cookie for later and again found it a little sweet and kind of greasy. The staff was very nice. I thought it was pretty pricey but I might return if I was in the neighborhood for the monkey bread and a cup of coffee.

All of the pastries are gluten-free!! The staff offered to answer any questions that I had. Cute local business! The vibe of the shop has small tables for working on a laptop, but could be suitable for talking with a friend. This business uses compostable cups and she said that they started as a small home bakery. I'll have to come back to try the forest blend drink, which is a tea made out of different spices. The hot chocolate also sounds delicious!

A really lovely addition to the Fremont food scene; I also like their farmers' market stand on Clement. Forest & Flour's matcha lattes, savory food, and muffins are delicious. For a gluten free bakery, the bread is pretty legit. I'm happy to stop by whenever I can for a treat.

What a cute addition to Fremont! This darling bakery/coffee shop caters to folks with food allergies/insensitivities. I saw locals filtering in ordering their "usual" or asking for whole stocks of an item "because its my daughter's favorite" so I was impressed. I got a (plant-based) milk tea latte and pumpkin muffin (just before a lady came and bought all the rest!!)-- they were just divine although my bill was $17 total. The staff were so sweet and friendly, really felt like a business ran with love.

We loved this place. We went here after the Ohlone College Flea Market and it was definitely a good decision. The grilled cheese sandwich with pickled veggies was too good. The taste and quantity both were great. The staff was very friendly and the service was so nice.Definitely going here again.

We were so upbeat about this place and felt a big let down! This place is really bad! The food, the decor and most importantly the service and people are so unfriendly! It's unbelievable! They have exorbitant prices and 20% mandatory gratuity on top of that! Ok! That's cool but then the service is so bad that it's not worth it! Avoid at all cost!

I cannot say enough good things about this cafe. I have been coming here since they opened. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. If you like cold coffee, their maple Cold brew is the best. Pair that with a chocolate frosted cupcake. You will have the most delicious afternoon treat ever. The patio is a nice hangout spot and you can bring your pups! Picture of my aunt enjoying her lunch!

Stopped in yesterday. I have been coming here since they opened. I am always created with a smile. My favorite is the chocolate frosted muffin! So soft and delicious. If you're a little more hungry and want more of a meal The French toast is to die for! Keep up the good work. I absolutely love this place. Great addition to Fremont!

Lovely surprise to stumble on this spot on my drive through Fremont. Cute atmosphere and delicious vegan options. The grilled cheeze was super tasty and their cinnamon muffin was so good. Definitely will visit her again!

Fremont definitely needs more cafes with good vibes like Forest & Flour, but it's still a miss. You know in the fashion industry there are brands that promote eco minded fabrics but lack directions and techniques in design and garment construction? Forest & Flour is like one of those brands. And although they brand themselves more as a bakery (according to their website, and they have a flour blend product), how many baked goods are there? You are not seeing a bakery like Mariposa, or a patisserie like Sweet Diplomacy, or a vegan cafe like RAW, or... You know here in the Bay Area we definitely can find diet specific restaurants and products, and nowadays startups are bringing those to our homes. F&F is like a bit of everything (and quite some PR work), and it's hard to see how F&F can be better than a more health minded household. I think they really need to focus. The other day I made myself some gluten free pancakes without refined sugar, with organic unsweetened cranberries and raw walnuts, and a cup of organic coffee with nut milk. And I was much happier eating my own simple cooking than F&F's baked goods packed with spice scent and sweet moisturization. Get good ingredients from Whole Foods and Good Eggs, and you can do better than F&F. My true feelings.

Ordered my daughter's first birthday cake here. The online ordering system was such an easy process, but didn't like the fact that I personally had to call them to confirm my cake order. Why no personal follow up? I didn't get to check out the actual Store as my partner was the one to pick up the cake, but I can say that the cake was beautifully prepared and presented! The taste however, tasted super plant based and healthy. I don't think I'm a big fan of bland cakes or leafy tastes, but my daughter did enjoy her first cake ever and that's all that matters! Overall okay experience!
