Friendly - & patient! - service. Yummy teas. Glad I could adjust the sweetness level. Good thing we don't live around the corner- we'd probably be visiting at least once a week

Really not my favorite boba place. I was excited to try it due to the menu selection that they had. We ordered online and then my husband went to pick up our orders in the store. The lights were flickering and it was hard for him to stay inside the store because of it (would definitely not recommend if you are prone to seizures and the likes). I got the Queen Bee and he got a Pinkerton. Really unfortunate but my milk tea was not very good and the boba was not very good either (kinda hard). The Pinkerton was sadly not memorable at all despite sounding really good on paper. Really wanted to like them but it was just not meant to be.

The service was nice but the milk tea is very underwhelming. It's actually pretty bad. Don't get the "whiteout" and the "la pina colada" y'all can thank me later. Wasted $10.50

I like the drinks here and the employees are always working so hard, but the service is soooo slow. I don't blame the employees because they is typically only one doing everything. I blame the owner and management, that poorly run this place. Change that and this place would be good.

Waited a half hour to get the worst açaí bowl I've ever had lol tasted like water, not worth it. Also came half empty and melted

Yes, I understand your displays where not open to the public.. But, I can see right through the display where the topping where located. When your employee was telling us about the topping and walked over the display area the topping had mold I told her a about the mold and she said it was only a display, I walked towards the door and from the corner of my eye I saw when she goes back to the display area and get the topping...really!!! Wow!! Your employe was on her phone when we got there...she had time to clean replace everything and freshen the area up!!! Look!! I don't care what she does ...but wash ur hands...show your customers about the health and safety...after we order your employee charged us the drinks, she puts the name of our drinks on our cups never disinfected her hands, after she had touched the cup she decides to disinfect her hands...she should of charge us before she touch the cups.. wash your hands for 20 sec and then make the drinks...we threw our drinks away!! Sorry we couldn't trust drinking our drinks... We will not get effected by covid but get effected by E.coli...

Would not recommend this place at all. My husband really enjoys boba and saw that this place had BOGO50% on Yelp. First red flag was the polarized Yelp reviews on this place (mostly either 1 star or 5 stars). He ordered a Green Purist drink with boba (classic Jasmine green milk tea according to their menu) and Thailandia drink. The Green Purist turned out to be a drink that was pink in color, and perfectly matched my nail polish (the shade Zoya Rue to be specific). I've never seen pink Jasmine tea before- it is usually green and I thought it would be green as the name Green Purist suggests (definitely another red flag). Nevertheless, we still decided to taste the drink. It was bleh- really weak tea flavor and something seemed off about it, perhaps the milk being used or some flavoring syrup or powder. The boba was ok, nothing amazing.Save your money and go to a different boba shop with quality tea, milk, and non artificial coloring/ingredients.

We decided to check this out per a friend's recommendation and weren't disappointed. The menu is slightly different than its Sunnyvale cousin. That location has a small menu of coffee drinks, which this one doesn't...just the coffee mocha milk tea, which was still pretty tasty. They have a ton to choose from and I ended up getting a smores milk tea which was SO good. They also have a bunch of different fruit teas I can't wait to come back and try. I like how they list off what kind of tea is in each beverage as most places don't. They had a good selection of green tea based beverages where I feel like most places use a black milk tea base. Will definitely be back for more of the menu!
I've been to this spot twice in the last week and have been very happy each time! I tried the rosy bloom and mango smoothie and they were both amazing. My husband loves their lemonades. I'm impressed by the huge variety of flavors they have and am impressed they have drinks with rose, lavender and even white chocolate! Definitely a must try!

Had to stop at Xfinity today and saw this cute boba tea place and decided to stop by spontaneously. It was about 5 minutes before closing, but we just wanted basic boba drinks. Though the server was very nice, the drinks were awful. I saw her tilting the tea container so I assume we got the dregs from the bottom, but worse than that it almost tasted like the milk had gone bad. I've had milk tea before that wasn't the greatest, but I've never thrown two in the trash, just like that, before. I wanted to like this place!

It was overwhelmingly positive! Me and a couple of my friends had decided to go and try their boba tea, and I had found an option to look appealing. It's name? The Queen Bee. The milk tea was very savory, and the boba was extraordinary! It was worth every penny, and I would enjoy going there again!

If you want to find the most delicious, healthy drinks and food say no more. This place have worlds tastiest drinks and the food is just out of this world. Their wraps, bowls, smoothies and tea is so tasty and most important very healthy. I also want you to try their new pastries that is homemade. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who cares about their well being and likes excellent customer service.
