To answer your question, the buffet on Saturday does not go until 2 o'clock. It must close by about 10 AM.

I felt racially profiled and treated poorly by staff. The food was bland and the the upcharge of $7 for any add on is ridiculous. If you’re gonna be such an expensive restaurant at least have good food. I had even started eating and they placed the check on the table like kicking me out already. Definitely never going back in there.

$51 for 1 egg Benedict, a cup of coffee, and an over-cooked side of bacon. You tell me if that’s worth it

The arrival was great, but no servers took our order, we had to actually go up and ask somebody to do so. It was not crowded. There was no reason why there should've been a problem. The food was lukewarm by the time we got it and we still had to ask for the bill. The person apparently that was supposed to be our waiter. Had to ask us what we had. I'm never going there again.

Very empty on a Sunday morning. We missed the in room ordering that ended at 1015. We were seated right away and given a good amount of attention. Food was good and hotel priced. We thought the avocado on the açaí bowl was interesting but it was very fresh and good with my toast. Eggs cooked how we ordered. Chicken sausage was juicy.

They have a bloody Mary condiments table. Never have I ever seen something like this lol

We loved the oatmeal with peach cobbler and avocado toast for breakfast, but waffles were soggy (which you should never eat)

The service was awful here! They didn’t check on us. We had to keep getting up to ask servers for water, cream, and other basics. This was an expensive Mother’s Day Brunch and we couldn’t believe how bad the service was. Very disappointing.

I specifically booked the non-mothers day option during reservations, but was informed day of (after arriving) that only the Mother's Day set menu was available. It should be made clear if there was no regular option available, and I should not be allowed to make regular reservations if this was the case. I felt like I was lied to and would not have booked the set menu given the price point. I also did not feel like the value was well deserving of the price and was overall very upset at the experience

Sunday Brunch exceeded our expectations! Everything was delicious and service was pleasant!

I have eaten here no less than ten times in my travels. While I hate to use the word incompetent, the wait staff is very much so. Even getting the right drink, in my case, water, was a chore. Orders are wrong when they come out even when written down. For a $60 breakfast I expect more.

My family is obsessed with Fountain restaurant for their brunch. It is nestled within the Signia by Hilton San Jose, this place offers a refined brunch experience that blends classic American dishes with French-inspired flair.
The restaurant boasts a bright and airy setting, enhanced by modern white interiors with blue accents, creating an inviting and classy ambiance.
The brunch menu features a variety of delectable options such as Eggs Benedict, Salmon Florentine, Avocado toast and classics like French toast, different style omelettes too.
The service is great with attentive and friendly staff.
It can get a little pricey but worth it for an upscale experience. It definitely provides a sophisticated brunch setting in downtown San Jose
