We went for lunch and then breakfast the next day. There was a large group in the hotel but the restaurant was not full and they lacked servers both day. On the lunch, there were only 4 parties in the entire restaurant and again, lacked help. We waited for water a very long time. Then we waited to place our order a while. And it was a while before we received our orders. The food was fair both times. Unfortunately it is convenient if staying the hotel but there are better options...
Horrible service, waiters are too busy tending to others, could not even get a glass of water. Check in was uncoordinated, had to wait way past reservation time. Looks like mandatory 18% tip was added to the tab, deserved way less than that.
Came here for breakfast on a Sunday. Service was terrible we were not greeted by our server our orders were not taken until we had been sat for over 15 minutes. The food was mid we will not be returning.
