Great burgers, as there are many to select from, at affordable prices. I love the Colorado or the Mushroom/Swiss. The staff is quick to deliver orders. The ambiance is lacking, but I do not go there to be entertained, just to buy a great meal.

Ordered pickup, was very fast service. Food was great, juicy burger and quality, ingredients. The strawberry milkshake tasted fresh from real strawberries. Will come back. It's just a bit pricey but worth it if you have a discount or come during happy hours.

Before placing my order, I urgently needed to use the restroom due to an emergency, but one of your employees was very rude and told me I couldn’t use it unless I ordered something first. I understand the policy, but the way it was said was very disrespectful and unkind. I hope you can remind your staff to treat customers with more respect, especially in urgent situations.

Slow service as well as disappointing and over priced food make this the worst place you could take your lunch break. The chicken sandwich I got took me almost 15-20 minutes to receive, and was bland.
There are better options in the area. Stay away from here.

There was no ice in the ice machine, the potatoes were burnt, chicken blood was spilled on the potatoes, the chicken was undercooked and raw. The cashier did not allow me to use the restroom and said to buy food first and then go to the restroom. This is not respectful of a customer at all and it is unprofessional and rude behavior to not allow a customer to use the restroom. It was very ugly and disgusting.

Just horrible experience at this restaurant. The lady at the counter barely speaks English. Took wrong order and messed up my burger, there's no taste flavourful just topped with sauce and greasy . Pls don't order from this place .

Not coming back here again, I came to store when I head to the restroom to wash my hands as I always do before order my food she start to say that I can’t use only for costumes, I’m a costumer here a long time I was about to order but not anymore, I’m not coming back here until the employees treat the costumer better

I ordered veggie burger ? combo. I wish they had healthier alternatives on beverages. Fred’s sauce is pretty typical secret sauce most burger places use. Fries were not over salted.
