Slow service as well as disappointing and over priced food make this the worst place you could take your lunch break. The chicken sandwich I got took me almost 15-20 minutes to receive, and was bland.
There are better options in the area. Stay away from here.

There was no ice in the ice machine, the potatoes were burnt, chicken blood was spilled on the potatoes, the chicken was undercooked and raw. The cashier did not allow me to use the restroom and said to buy food first and then go to the restroom. This is not respectful of a customer at all and it is unprofessional and rude behavior to not allow a customer to use the restroom. It was very ugly and disgusting.

Just horrible experience at this restaurant. The lady at the counter barely speaks English. Took wrong order and messed up my burger, there's no taste flavourful just topped with sauce and greasy . Pls don't order from this place .

Not coming back here again, I came to store when I head to the restroom to wash my hands as I always do before order my food she start to say that I can’t use only for costumes, I’m a costumer here a long time I was about to order but not anymore, I’m not coming back here until the employees treat the costumer better

I ordered veggie burger ? combo. I wish they had healthier alternatives on beverages. Fred’s sauce is pretty typical secret sauce most burger places use. Fries were not over salted.

We wanted to look for a place to eat close to where we were and Fred's appeared to us, totally delighted, fresh food with very good flavor, exquisite French fries and good service.
Had great experience! Had cheese burger and it was delicious. The best part was that the veggies in the burger were fresh and beef was well cooked. Great customer service and fast food prep. I just wish they had baby booster seats!
