This is my first time here in like 4 years. The portion size seems to have gotten smaller and price is now $9 compared to 4 years ago when it was like $6. It's cheaper compared to Icicles which is now ridiculously $13 LOL but still i don't think I would come back. I just had a sudden craving for rolled ice cream. Presentation wise, it was kind of sad. My partner got the Thai Tea and I got the Strawberry Dream. He didn't like the Thai Tea because the lychee overpowered and took away from the thai tea flavor. I didn't get a picture of it, but the whipped cream was sadder than mine. The Strawberry Dream was good, but I was super sad at how small my whipped cream was LOL and I also didn't like the mochi, it tasted kind of old and stale? I ended up taking it out. The strawberry ice cream itself was a bit on the milky side rather than strawberry but still good. I wouldn't come here often but if I get a random craving for rolled ice cream again, I would consider coming here!

I am going to miss this place dearly. My one regret is I didn't go to this place as much as I could while they were still open. Look at these pictures. The care. The craftsmanship. I don't know when I'll be eating ice cream at a place like this again, nor have I ever felt so happy and cared for at a dessert establishment. The ice cream is delicious and the ingredients are fresh. The staff is genuinely friendly and wonderful. The rolled ice cream, carefully crafted and inviting. I wish all the lovely folks who worked at this place the absolute best because they're simply irreplaceable. Please know that!!

The two young men employee's were patient with me when I came in looking at the menu! I would definitely recommend going here, I ordered grand matcha with extra toppings & its very delicious! I would definitely come back here when I'm out in San Jose area again

I am not even an ice cream fan but when I say I love Frozen ninja I mean it. Their ice cream base is to die for any ice cream they make is so amazing. I was always hesitant on choosing a wild flavors like avocado or the flaming hot and honestly hands-down they are delicious. My favorite is the Horchata or the fruity pebble. Also the people who work there are just amazing. I will miss you guys.

Love this place. They have so many options and the place is very clean. I like how they take your order and walk it out to the car for you for COVID reasons of course. Staff is courteous and efficient.

Before covid, my cousin wanted to try out this place and my friend actually worked here so we came to support! Location: 5/5, There's a lot of parking and it's spacious shopping area! Service: 5/5, They were very patient with us while we were deciding which flavor we wanted, very nice! ~Rolled Ice cream~ * Matcha with whipped cream, wafer straw, pocky, and wafer: 5/5, I'm a matcha fiend so this was really good! Creamy and yummy, not overly sweet at all. * Hot cheetos ice cream: 2/5, Actually very interesting!! Creamy & spicy, my best comparison for this would be hotcheetos and cream cheese, but slightly sweeter LOL Everyone should give this a try * Strawberry: 4/5, Your typical strawberry ice cream but still yummy
My kid was bugging for rolled ice cream. So we caved and I came across frozen ninja. Best decision ever! The prices are reasonable. You have the option to choose from many and countless toppings . They have a pretty good amount of flavors aswell . One thing I loved , and definitely made me happy they have sorbet and can also roll it up .. they have non dairy items too . They can also do a mangoneada rolled ice cream with tajin and hot Cheetos need I say more . a must for us Latinos . The staff is very friendly, and helpful and fast ! Wait time was 8-10min . We took longer deciding what we wanted to add .. highly recommended they were definitely delicious made my kiddo happy and a pleasant experience. Will be back for sure

Super friendly and nice service. This place is enforced and really COVID safe. Service was quick and they packed your ice cream for to go. They were really accommodating in what I wanted to add for my own ice cream. I was surprised they were able to fit everything in!! I got the Chunky Monkey as my base and I totally recommend it! Really creamy ice cream and also really rich. Also, who can say no to UNLIMITED toppings? Definitely not me! I also advise that you guys should come stop by right now if you can. They have an end of the year sale where their ice cream is now $6 instead of $9!! Definitely a great deal!

Love the ice cream here. One of my favorite flavor combos is “The Romantic” minus the whipped cream. Delicious and totally worth the drive from where I live. The service can be a bit slow at times but the icecream totally makes up for it!
