The security was extremely rude. I lost something inside and I wanted to go look for it at 1:30am. I understand the club doesn't let people in after that so I asked if I can go to the restroom to look for it. The security guard didn't let me in and I understand that because it was late. I said if he sees my stuff please let me know but he keeps repeating "im not stupid" all over again and didn't even try to lister or let me know how I can contact the business to get my stuff back if they see it. That was really unprofessional and annoying. He assumed I just try to use the restroom. I know there's a lot of drunk people but I was completely sober and there's another way to talk nicer. He can just give me the information of how to contact the business for lost stuff. I've been going here for years and this is ridiculous.

Bought tickets to go to the Superbowl watch party, but didn't need them because it was dead (waste of $40). The TV's behind the bar were small and dated. The staff was very nice. The drinks were weak and there was no consistency between bartenders. The DJ played good music. The food was also pretty good.

Update: In reply to business owner, of course he had a valid ID on him to enter a 21+ bar :). As 24-25 year olds, this is not our first rodeo lol. Like i've mentioned, bouncer claimed my friend tried to swing on him, but in reality he was just putting his wallet away in his pocket, since he was basically finished w his pat down prior to walking inside. So not having a valid ID to enter wasn't an issue, the altercation afterwards was. But thanks for the reply back and your apology!

Went for a 6p.m Christmas party it didn't start till 7p.m had to wait outside in the cold very unorganized . Had to pay for a parking spot $25.00

We had our holiday party at Fuze and it was outstanding! Jenny is an incredible organizer and made sure our whole team had a great time. She was able to organize a full casino night for us with a DJ and delicious catering. She made it so easy I was able to enjoy the party knowing our staff was being taken care of. Absolutely wonderful in every way!! Thank you Jenny and to all of your staff and vendors at FUZE. See you next year :)

WOW. If you are considering having an event at Fuze.. have it. Do not second guess it. This place is the PERFECT location in DTSJ. I had my 30th birthday here on Halloween weekend and all of the other popular places quoted me $7K+. I was able to get this venue for such an amazing price, the outdoor patio is a dream, the aesthetics are incredible, there's literally a parking lot right behind the patio so no need to deal with annoying DTSJ parking. I was able to bring my own catered and homemade food which was incredible, I was able to bring my own DJs. And I have to commend JENNY. Jenny help me set up the event and she ..was an absolute dream. I had so many questions, would bother her throughout so many times of the day (late at night, early in the morning). She is so busy because of how many events Fuze puts on and she never made me feel like I was being annoying. She constantly checks in to see how she can help and honestly just made planning my birthday so seamless and effortless. I have never been more satisfied with the level of customer service that someone has provided but she literally does it all. She even bartended my event by herself and my guests would not stop raving about how sweet she was, and mind you we were a group of 100. So 100 of my closest friends and family, she took care of all with a smile. If that is not five star service, I don't know what is. Thank you.. SO MUCH, Jenny for everything. My birthday would not have been what it was without you. You are phenomenal and I hope to work with you again sometime soon!

We initiated contact with Jenny after posting to a forum site looking for vendors who would work with us with our very tight budget as we were planning for ourselves. We were permitted to use outside vendors for food because of my partners severe nut allergy we had to ask for special handling and in most venues it is required to use their food with no guarantee of this. This is also a woman owned/run business, which was important to us.On the night of we arrived and Jenny was doing Bar service for our guests until he bartender arrived and she continued to bring us drinks to keep our merriment going.The Patio was softly lit, Jenny helps us put out paper lanterns and grab bags for our guests, and she gave us chips to hand out for the two rounds of drinks we were providing. She coordinated with our caterer for delivery and pick up. She even placed a security guard after a patron outside our party crashed out dancing line - every wedding has a crasher right?Our guests had ample seating and appeared to relax, and we danced to the DJ she booked for us, he contacted us for our music preferences and took playlists we made and created a hell of a dance party!We left feeling lighter than air and our guests all had so much fun, they even cried best wedding ever!Vegetarian options: Jenny offered many vegetarian food options, one idea was a taco guy who would provide seasonal vegetables for our party grilled at a great deal. We went another way because of food allergies and the many guests coming who had them.Parking: Parking lots are in front and back, making walking to the venue very easy.Wheelchair accessibility: There was many options for my mother in law to enter with her wheelchair due to her mobility issues this was a paramount item for our choosing this place, also accessible parking right behind the patio.

They're a scam. They will charge randomly and the music was shit. Been here for years and mid pandemic they switch up. If you're buzzed they'll try to scam. Damian the security guard with glasses is a scam. Said after we paid the cover he recommended other places bc the vibe is whack. Said it was a promoter night but it was dead. No one was dancing and ppl looked bored. And the inconsistency of charge. Some ppl went in for free. Or if you didn't pay the charge and stood there for a while they let you in bc of how dead it was. Place is trash, go elsewhere. Dj sucks. This place trending down hill. Literally avoid.

I was there today for an event that was inside and patio seating. It was 98* degrees even though I had my own water it ran out quick and when I went to the bar for some ice water, she handed me a very small glass of ice water which was gone in a few sips. Everyone was extremely hot & thirsty and they were giving out tiny glasses of water at a paid for event. I had to ask for a tall glass the 2nd time and that wasn't even enough. They need to stop being so stingy with the water and be putting out pitchers for the guests and especially on hot days like this so people don't pass out. I was ready to tip them despite not drinking alcohol but decided the customer service and sips of water did not warrant a tip. They also did not have the air conditioning inside and the patio seating and where the food was being served wreaked of sewer and we even tried to cover the sewer vents that happened to be right next to us, it was disgusting! Would not recommend.

I came too support 2 artists that invited me too entertain the establishment in the front of the club nobody showed up too the event and management ignored me at the door if an event neaver took off dont take it out on the people comming too support the event the club lost money i did my job i wont be back

Scam, posted mimosa event on FB with VIP ticket for $36 / person , booked for 2 couples ( 4 of us ) to go there to find out there is no event. With that being said ! Once I posted my review , I got contacted by management, and for the first time it wasn't a reply to my post but a private message asking me what happened and how they can help So bottom line is , if you go to Fuze lounge , and anything go wrong for you , they will happily take care of it and make sure you are fully satisfied. In my situation situation a company rented their venue and based on my experience I asked for a refund and Fuze lounge made sure it happened.
