They behaved badly with me and threatened to throw me out and I stood there for at least 30 minutes to take the order of two servants and I was told that the waiting time is 15 minutes and I stood there for 30 minutes. Still they are saying that it is 10 minutes.

If you are looking for tasty and decent size sushi , then choose a different place! I have tried many different places and gave a chance to Ginza sushi. Today I have ordered "to go " the same type of sushi rolls we usually order to compare in hope to become coming back customer. What a disappointment! Very average taste, small in size and one of four rolls was so sloppy made that it felt apart into the mess. Usually two of us are so full with 3 sets of rolls we share. This time we've ordered 4 sets of rolls and still were hungry after finishing them. We also got 2 napkins and 2 sushi sticks with 4 sets. So generous!
Never come back!

Quality food was not fresh at all . Customer services was bad . Seems that girl there did not want to work there or seems that she just
Wans to quit . Customer service was not great since the lady did not come to the table and ask if we needed anything else but then when it was time to pay ; She even look at me to tip her. I will not come back to this place anymore . Seems that we as Hispanic are not welcome to this place.

I use to eat here like once a week or every other week but now I’ll never go back. I just called about ordering a 2 item bento box and a 3 item bento box but ALL OF A SUDDEN I can’t order chicken and salmon teriyaki together for my 2 items?? And beef and salmon with mixed tempura for my 2nd?

Literally made the same order every single time I went there too ??‍♂️

I only was going out of convenience since it’s right down the street from my house

if I wanted better quality food I would go elsewhere ??

Ginza has been our go to local sushi restaurant for years. It was tasty, not crazy expensive, and very consistent. But some months ago it was bought by new owners and the quality immediately went down. We tried it twice after it was bought and decided we're just not going back anymore. It's such a bummer because it was our birthday/date night place and now we don't have a close place to go ?
