Pathetic customer service . I ordered orange blossom sushi via DoorDash twice and it came without wasabi and ginger. The restaurant staff was not ready to admit their mistake and were trying to put it on DoorDash. In addition o that went we went to collect ginger and wasabi they were playing blame game and interrogating the staff in front of and kept us waiting for such a small thing.

New owners raised prices, service not nearly as good as it used to be, and food is just ok. Not my favorite Japanese restaurant anymore.

Food here is pretty good. Some of the items with their teriyaki / unagi sauce is on the sweet side. Gyoza is awesome. Hamachi Kama is great.Come for happy hour and save. Good place to bring the family.
We placed an online order and arrive at the time it is supposed to be ready. The order isn't and we are told it would be another 5 minutes. Ten minutes passes, still nothing. It is a slow night with only two tables occupied. No one else coming in to pick up. The restaurant appears well staffed with 3 employees at the host/cashier area (hanging around with zero urgency or purpose) and 3 people making sushi. We ask again and are told another 5 minutes, however the employee doesn't confirm with anyone actually preparing the food. My husband gets frustrated and goes out to the car. I wait, then ask again. The employee says the order is ready and hands me someone else's dinner. Now I am frustrated and I tell the guy this is why we rarely come here. Terrible service, I say. No apology, no eye contact, he mumbles, and turns his back to me. The manager comes to the front for a different matter and I tell her the same thing. She apologizes, looks baffled, but doesn't ask why the food is taking so long or what can we do to make this right. Just returns to helping a server take off an item from someone else's bill because of a problem.I accept it could have been an off night, but I didn't feel any of the employees at the front or the manager cared. It would've been so easy to fix what went wrong: act like you value my business. After all that, the sushi wasn't that great. Sloppy, mushy, and chewy.I had prepaid and tipped 20% because I understand the service business isn't easy, but this is one time I regretted tipping. I live a few minutes from this restaurant and will happily drive further the next time I want sushi. I will never go back to Ginza Sushi.

Fantastic sushi and bento boxes. Reasonable price to quality ratio and great service. During happy hour they have a separate menu with some pretty wonderful and affordable items. They offer take out and delivery.

great food, friendly staff, and owner. It's definitely a great place for weekly dinners.
The food was good but I didn’t feel it was the best Japanese restaurant. Still, it was above average as far as the taste of the food and the nice appearance of the restaurant. The service was excellent. I really felt the portion size of the Bento box was very small but maybe it’s very small since it was lunch? Still, I’ve had the Bento Box for lunch at other local Japanese Restaurant and couldn’t believe how small the Salmon Teriyaki was! It was the size of a Snicker’s Bar, the salad was very small compared to other restaurants and I only received 2 shrimp tempuras. Other restaurants will add vegetable and shrimp tempora to the Bento Box when you request Tempura. Here, you either have the option of shrimp or vegetable tempura. Very Small portions for the price. Price was comparable to other local restaurants but very small portions. I would have been happy to pay a little more for a normal portion size. I left hungry since I don’t eat rice and the portions were so small.

The food was so great. We had a fun time and the fire was very interesting and such a nice addition. The only thing I would change is the service, it was a little slow, around 15 for the food.

The food is good but the service is sooo slow! It took a long time getting the rolls out. Wouldn't come here again
