Waiters are not attentive and for some reason asking for the bill made the guy rolled his eyes

I had a great time at Goku Korean BBQ! The atmosphere was cozy and modern, and the grill setup made the whole experience fun and interactive. The meat selection was fresh and high-quality — especially the short ribs, which were juicy and flavorful. The side dishes were delicious and varied, from kimchi to marinated vegetables, adding a perfect balance to the rich meats. Service was friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly. Overall, it’s a great spot for anyone craving authentic and tasty Korean BBQ. Highly recommended!

Convenient built-in touch screen at each table to ensure food keeps coming. Lots of options, tons of food for the money. The beef bulgogi is my favorite (split between spicy and regular) but the garlic pork belly was a highlight; my spouse likes the beef galbi. Onions and bell pepper on the grill make great between-meat bites. Air is smokey and restaurant is quite loud, but you will leave full and happy. Experienced Korean BBQers will find it a good option for medium to large parties, but you can also take your inexperienced white parents and they'll enjoy themselves 😀

The broth and the sauces were bland in comparison to other hot pot places. Was disappointed in that. However, their ingredients and inclusion of fruits in the sauce bar were amazing.

Food quality is getting worse. Premium steak for grilling is terribly tough. Sauces area is dirty.

Service and cleanliness have gone downhill
We’ve stopped here multiple times while in town, but the experience keeps getting worse. During our latest visit, we waited over 20 minutes just for our soup bases to arrive—meanwhile, all of our hotpot ingredients had already been brought out and were just sitting there.
The restaurant also felt unclean. The floor was slippery and greasy, and the tables didn’t seem like they’d been wiped down between guests. It's disappointing to see the quality drop like this. Hoping the restaurant takes steps to improve both service and cleanliness. Prices don’t reflect the service quality.

Not the best. This place gets busy and the staff have a hard time accommodating each party that comes in. We got napkins 1 hr into our dinner. They need more trained staff.

We enjoyed ourselves here. Between 3.5 and 4.5 star rating. Most of the food is good but some was just okay. The staff was super friendly to our family and that is always important.

I really can’t complain about the food. I found it all very good. My issue is with the service and child policy. First off, the child pricing policy based on height is absolutely insane and in my opinion, incredibly unfair. I can’t help that my 6 year old is 4 foot 2 in, nearly 3 inches taller than most in her class. She should not have to pay adult pricing. She is very clearly a child but they charged full adult pricing based solely on her height. I will not return until the policy is changed. Also, the staff isn’t helpful at all if it’s your first time or first time trying anything. I asked about cooking times, or how to do the hot pot, etc. and they did not answer me at all. I didn’t even know there was a veggie bar until my 3rd visit there. I’ve been several times now and have a system down but I recommend asking Google what to do if this is your first time at Korean bbq. I won’t return until they change their biased child policy though.
