Golden Catch Fish and Chips

Really nice fish and chips place. The ambiance is very casual, as you order from a kiosk. The service is great. We each got the 2 piece fish and chips. Our sides were cole slaw, regular, and Cajun fries. Wow, just wow. The fish was perfectly done, not greasy. It's panko-crusted, so a welcome change from overly battered fish at other places. We ordered vinegar to go with our fish. I LOVE that it was in a dipping cup! Then I could dip my fish in it, instead of trying to sprinkle vinegar on it. More vinegar-y goodness! The cole slaw was good. The Cajun fries were very good, as was the macaroni salad. The manager (?) made sure to check with us and the other dine-in customers to see if all was ok. Great place!

Just moved in this area by Japan town and from all the food

I just didn't like the food. Its a personal preference. It hurt my stomach but maybe someone else will like the food it's just not for me

The fish tacos are out of this world and the owner was super kind! Would definitely recommend, some of the best fish and chips i've ever had and i'm not the biggest fan of seafood. The outdoor seating is a great vibe as well!

The owner, hood, was working when I got there a s he made my food fresh! The fish was nice but the shrimp WERE DELICIOUS... AS WERE THE GARLIC FRIES. He was so nice and welcoming. I'll be back and his food is worth it

We were from out of town and wanted to eat some find a place that cooked good fish and chips. There were many to choose from Google. But we went with the one with the most stars and we are do glad we did. The food was outstanding! And hospitality equal, as well. This is a little place tucked away we probably would have never found or chosen. We highly recommend eating there. And the prices are very reasonable. You will love it!

Came to the San Jose area for a 49er game and this was a must have stop food was amazing and the workers were very nice I'm for sure gonna come again

What a catch at Golden Catch. Had the fish and chips and tacos and both tasted amazing. Would highly recommend to people with a fishy disposition when it comes to food. Staff was also very nice and polite.

Kind of a hole in the wall but the food was very tasty. Fish & chips, shrimp, plenty of choices for dipping sauces and vinegar... all good. Even the macaroni salad was notably good!
