We have been dining here for more than 20 years. Used to be crowded and had to wait in line all the time. Now, for some reasons, less people are there. It’s an old fashion place so may not be catchy as other newer restaurants. But, this is still my family’s comfort food place.

The first time I came here, I ordered the teriyaki chicken and fried pork cutlet set meal for lunch. It tasted very good, even the rice and miso soup were delicious. Overall, it was very authentic. I especially recommend the fried pork chop. Although it is not thick, it is very delicious. The store is also very friendly. The most important thing is that the price is very reasonable. You must dine here when you come to Japantown.

Always consistently very good! I’ve been going to eat here for over 25 years and have never had a bad experience. The same server has been bringing me my food, since the first time. Usually busy, but that’s a good thing. It’s never too long of wait but always worth it.
Parking: Parking is fine. If there’s nothing to close, you can drop off your party and park maybe one to two blocks away and walk. It’s well worth it.
