The lady behind the counter is very unfriendly and has the look like she hates her job and the sad part is I think she is the manager. On the other hand the gentleman (Quency) that rung-up my order is very Profesional and welcoming.

What a rotten attitude when walking in. What a rude employee who clearly did not want to work. She yelled at the 3 of us in line that we would be getting nothing toasted. I turned around and got myself a sandwich elsewhere.

Best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had at the airport! There were AT LEAST 6 slices of bacon… I actually removed some of the bacon (they give you so much)!

Very rule, they need to train their staff. I asked for a small cup of water, and a Asian guy said Oh no, water. Want water from the sink? Which the hand & cleaning sink, I was like..... whatever, for real?! By law in CA, you need to give a water if a customer ask for it.

If you value the experience of eating a toasted, crispy, chewy torus of goodness commonly known as a bagel, then avoid this place.
I ordered a chicken pesto panini, and the whole thing was cold. The employee was very short with me, and I had to repeat my order.

Ordered the sausage sunrise on a plain bagel. The eggs and sausage are precooked and then reheated in a microwave, along with the cheese.
The plain bagel had a slightly chewy texture, which means it's fresh. But it was on the thinner side. Overall it was ok. I would not go out of my to order here again.
The customer service was great @ 645 am. They were efficient and friendly. 5 stars to the staff!
