Good vegetarian hot bagel sandwich - veggie supreme. The service is quick and place is clean but small (just 3 tables). I will come back.

This place is really sucks, I ordered for blueberry crunch and a latte, some issue on the coffee machine and they took 15 min for a latte and when I ask for it. The cashier was rude wait with rude tone, no action was taken out to inform the delay and finally the code was half the cup and not hot at all.Not worth for a coffee on this place and waste of my money. When I asked for the pest coffee cashier mentioned out , no small-cup so this is the standard size and this is what the size we charge .“ no courtesy of informing the customer and when I requested to cancel the order , she don’t even both to listen “.

Such a terrible customer service. I ordered a hot chocolate this morning but the face of the old asian lady is so annoyed at me. What is wrong with her? Is there any sorrows? I am not dare to drink the hot chocolate after that

Not sure where all the 5 star reviews are coming from. Bagel was just warm and the coffee isn't filled all the way in. Cashier was not friendly

Charged full price for a hot chocolate and cappuccino and they only filled the drinks up half way. Asked for them to fill the drinks up the same way they did our coffee or issue a refund. The old asian lady refused to fill up more than half way and said she had to call her manager to get approval for a refund. That’s not the way to solve the problem! Give your customers the full drink that they are paying for.

Reminder to myself to not get the chicken pesto panini or iced coffee here again. Panini tasted like cardboard and coffee tasted like asphalt. Okay, truthfully, I don't know what cardboard or asphalt tastes like, but I'm annoyed at Great American Bagel for making me imagine it.Servers who worked here are fine & pleasant tho. Horrible staff.The old asian lady at the counter was snapping at every customer.My medium caramel coffee was only partially full and had no caramel. When I requested her to add more caramel, she shouted at me. This is unacceptable service.Also, you pay seperate for the bagel in a bagel sandwich...what? O.oAvoid this place unless you MUST have bagels.

I have to warn others, DO NOT get the Grilled Cheese Panini. The sandwhich was scarce and measly. The bread was as skinny and like to a bun for hot dog. And it definitely wasn't good for $11. I was hungry after and it didn't taste satisfactory. HOWever, my bf got a bagel - a smarter move. It was tasty and filling.Service was nice quick.

Needed a quick bite before a flight and Great American Bagel Bakery was right by my gate. I ordered a chicken pesto panini, which came with a couple thick slices of chicken, pesto, cheese, and roasted red bell peppers. Overall, it was a decent sandwich, with my only gripe being that the baguette that was used didn't have the grill marks characteristic of a panini. Price was as you'd expect of airport food.

It should be emphasized that this establishment is located in an airport. Therefore, expectations for the quality of the food should have some allowances for lesser presentation and the oversight that often occurs with the long demanding lines of customers. That being said the staff was quick and diligent in taking the orders of 20+ customers at 7 am. My only disappointment was the lack of red bell pepper in my chicken pesto sandwich along with the $21 price tag that included my energy drink. I'd say the meal was worth $15 at most ;but again, the airport ambiance is costly.

On the way to our terminal had a suicidal stopover at the Great American Bagel. Ordered a couple of medium coffees along with an Egg and cheese bagel ( chose cinnamon raisin ( should have so done everything bagel)).Before I get to the bagel and coffees kudos to the staff for being so kind and patient with folks rushing in and lines getting big. They made us feel home at the ordering counter for sure.Next up, the bagel sure turned out to be good though the coffee was a bit large for a medium and was too strong for my taste as well. I haven’t had coffee in a while and it could be because of that though it turned out to be too strong and butter for my taste.Worth a try with the bagels and good luck with the coffee!!
