I have been having tummy issues (not good) since I went here 3 days ago.

The guy who prepares the food on the grill is a despot. Today, June 30, 2025, at 1:45 pm, he answered me rudely in front of my wife and my daughter, but out of respect for other people, I did not answer him. But I think they should be more careful with the kind of people they hire. If they don't like the job, let them leave it. I honestly held back, but please be aware of those people. He was a thin Hispanic man wearing a black cap, terrible. service .

Found a roach in my food

A great place to grab a lot of food for the price! You can basically customize the way that it tastes. You can load in veggies, meats and a lot of other sauces and then you hand it over to the chefs and then they'll cook it!

I used to go here as a child in the early 2000’s with my mom. She taught me a method to pile on more food into the bowl so that the people there would cook.In the recent years, they stopped letting people go back to get extra sauce or put noodles if it couldn’t fit.It’s understandable that we shouldn’t go back for more. However, today, the cook working on April 14, 2023 around 1:00-2:00 PM PST took bowl and started cooking my food. Then he snatched my tray and TRASHED MY NOODLES that didn’t make it into the bowl. My parents taught me never to waste food and this threw me into a despair.I couldn’t do anything. The last time I went, the cook told me not to go back and get more noodles because I didn’t get any. The cashier said I had to pay for another entree if I wanted noodles. But then out of kindness or some other reason, that cook went and got noodles for me. ?❤️But today, this cook really… I even had a top ready because I always try to tip the cooks… And he had the nerve to give me back my tray and tap it twice as if to say “this is all you get”.I’m not going back. Disgusting behavior. If I see that cook again, I am going to McDonalds or Sansei instead. I’m only giving 2 stars and not 1 because of the memories and taste.

I have mixed emotions about Great Khans in Eastridge Mall.The meal was reasonably good. But the quality of the meats was poor. The vegetables were fine. The seasonings were fine.The price was high especially considering that they allow customers to have only one bowl of food, which is not enough quantity for a full meal.There is a much better equivalent place in Cupertino at Homestead and Hollenbeck. They allow two bowls and the price is less.

Sometimes, you're just fixin' for some Mongolian BBQ, and this place in the Eastridge Mall foodcourt hits the spot.

Watching movies and eating fried noodles is very convenient and delicious

I had some amazing dishes here. And some that were not that great. But when they are good, they are sooooo good.

Food is really good however the people at the register need to be more customer service oriented. They charge $17 for a Bowl; not including a drink and never smile or say hello ?

The food is good, but the plastic container smells and leaves the scent on food. ( Strong plastic smell). They need a new to go container !!
